| Highly commercialized and the rapid development of technology have pushed today’s tennis sport to a new height,today tennis is popular sport all over the world which is known as the second ball game,the demand for tennis coaches is also increasing continuously caused by the population has increased dramatically who participating in tennis.However,the training model of expert professionals for tennis was fall behind in some colleges and universities,which can not satisfy with what the needs of the society for tennis teachers and coaches.I write this thesis tries to analyze whether the teaching method of dynamic layered-exploratory is feasible and the effect of teaching method in tennis major class,to fill the study vacant position of teaching method of dynamic layered-exploratory and improve the tennis technique of students in tennis major class,and train the tennis teaching ability of prospective physical education teachers and coaches.Enrich the modern tennis teaching method system and contribute to the training of high-level physical education teachers and tennis coaches for the country.This study takes the college students as the research object who studies in the tennis major class of physical education major of Wuhan Sports University,using the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods.The teaching experiment takes the college students who was randomly selected from the tennis major class of physical education major as the experimental objects.Before the experiment,analyze the teaching materials and learning situation to determine the teaching objectives,teaching plan and write the lesson plan,after that,the students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,verify the differences between the two students groups to ensure the feasibility of the experiment according to pre-test results.During the experiment,the experimental group used teaching method of dynamic layered-exploratory,and the control group used the traditional teaching method;After one semester,the two groups of students were tested after the experiment.After the test,the test data of each stage were analyzed,the conclusions are as follows:1.Both teaching method of dynamic layered-exploratory and traditional teaching method can improve students’ physical fitness slightly,and there may be no significant difference between two teaching methods in the teaching effect of students’ physical quality.2.Teaching method of dynamic layered-exploratory can effectively improve students’ tennis skill and technical evaluation results,its teaching effect is better than traditional teaching methods.3.Teaching method of dynamic layered-exploratory can effectively improve students’ teaching ability,it is more conducive to help students master the basic requirements of classroom teaching than traditional teaching methods. |
