With the comprehensive implementation of the "double reduction" policy,after-school service has become the focus of social attention. As an important form of after-school service,after-school sports service helps primary and middle school students increase their exercise time, develop interests and hobbies, and promote social communication. The cooperation of family and school is an important factor affecting the development of high-quality after-school sports services.Parents should support students to participate in social sports activities, and gradually form a mechanism of family and school interaction to jointly guide students’ physical exercise.Under the background of "double reduction" policy, this research takes students,after-school sports service teachers, parents, school leaders and other personnel in primary schools within the urban area of Hohhot as the research objects, and the current situation of after-school sports service in urban primary schools of Hohhot as the research objects.Through the method of literature, interview, questionnaire, field investigation, mathematical statistics and other research methods,This paper explores the current situation and shortcomings of home-school co-education of after-school sports services in urban primary schools in Hohhot under the background of "double reduction" policy, hoping to provide practical and reasonable suggestions for the high-quality development of after-school sports services in urban primary schools in Hohhot under the background of "double reduction" policy, and provide reference for the subsequent development and innovation of after-school sports services in primary schools in various regions.Through the research of this paper, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)schools: under the background of "double reduction" policy All the primary schools investigated in Hohhot have carried out after-school sports services in accordance with the policy requirements, but there is a lack of rules and regulations in the process of development, and no specific implementation plan for home-school co-education.Although all schools have carried out different forms of propaganda for after-school sports services, the propaganda content of home-school co-education is not deep and comprehensive enough. The funds of after-school sports services mainly rely on the appropriation of Hohhot Finance Bureau, which is a single source of funds. After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy, the number of students participating in sports services increases, which makes the original infrastructure resources of some schools unable to meet the actual needs. After the "double reduction" policy, four schools introduced out-of-school sports clubs, and a small number of schools could not meet the policy standard of offering full after-school sports services. Some schools also lagged behind in the traditional service content and form, and only dealt with it for evaluation and completion of tasks. Some schools have no rules and regulations, and no evaluation criteria for home-school co-parenting.Among the primary schools surveyed, there were significant differences in the implementation of rules and regulations related to after-school sports services(P < 0.01).(2)Students: primary school students can realize the importance of after-school sports service activities; The weekly participation frequency of elementary school students in after-school sports services is reasonable, but the participation frequency of male and female students is biased, and the sports items chosen by different genders are different. The intensity of physical activity achieved by primary school students in after-school physical education services is not ideal, and there is a significant difference between male and female primary school students in after-school physical education services(P < 0.01).There was significant difference in the proportion of primary school students participating in various choices of after-school sports services(P < 0.01).(3)Teachers: the proportion of male teachers in after-school physical education service teachers is much higher than that of female teachers. The teaching experience of teachers is concentrated between6 and 10 years. The teachers are mainly composed of undergraduates, and the majority of teachers are junior teachers without title evaluation. With the implementation of the "double reduction" policy, the number of hours and work intensity of PE teachers increased significantly, and there was a significant difference in the weekly workload of after-school PE service teachers(P < 0.01).There was a lack of teachers for after-school PE service, and some after-school PE service teachers were not satisfied with the current subsidies. There was significant difference in teachers’ satisfaction with after-school sports subsidies(P < 0.01).The school has not discussed the teacher’s professional title evaluation, performance appraisal and other aspects in detail.(4)Parents: Parents have different cognitive ideas about the "double reduction" policy and after-school sports services. Some parents are skeptical about the quality of after-school sports services and disagree with the quality of after-school sports service teachers. In the survey,a few families have a good sports atmosphere, and there is little difference in the educational level of their parents. Most parents are aged 36-45 years old,and college and undergraduate degrees account for the highest proportion.Parents agree with the significance of after-school sports service, but they still need to improve the service content, teaching methods and setting items.Essentially, parents are not deeply involved in school education management. They are satisfied with the quality of after-school sports service teachers and have different attitudes towards the results of their children’s participation in after-school sports service. There is a significant difference in whether their children are satisfied with the learning results of their children’s participation in after-school sports service recently(P < 0.01).Some parents recognize the results of after-school sports services, but some parents are also more worried about whether after-school sports services can be really high-quality development, with substantial effects, and some parents expressed that there is a certain gap between the results of after-school sports services and their expectations.Based on the above conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward: continuously enhance the "hematopoietic" function of after-school physical education service in primary schools, and truly realize the far-reaching connotation of carrying out after-school physical education service under the background of "double reduction" policy;Optimize students’ attitude to participate in after-school sports service according to students’ feedback;Under the support of "double reduction" policy,a series of safeguard measures for PE teachers should be formulated;Schools should make continuous improvements according to parents’ feedback, and improve the quality of after-school sports services through "home-school" co-education.
