| In recent years,with the continuous progress of society,people’s attention to physical health has also increased.Swimming is a popular sport because it improves breathing,cardiovascular function,strengthens the body’s resistance to disease,and also helps children’s physical development.In this environment,children’s summer swimming training has developed rapidly,and many parents send their children to summer swimming training venues to learn to swim.However,in the current summer children’s swimming training process,the traditional education methods used can no longer ensure their educational effects,so it is urgent to reform the traditional education methods and expand more educational concepts.According to the physical and mental characteristics of children aged 8-10,this study selected "competition teaching method" for teaching experiments,so as to explore the positive role of "competition teaching method" in children’s crawling education,so as to provide a certain reference for improving the quality of crawling teaching and enriching crawling teaching methods.The research mainly uses literature method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other methods.56 male students who signed up for the children’s climbing training of Beijing Zhongti Shengshi Sports Company were selected as experimental subjects,of which 28 were experimental groups and 28 were control groups,the experimental group used competition teaching method for teaching,and the control group used traditional teaching method for teaching.The teaching experiment of one course was carried out separately,and the relevant indicators were tested and recorded before and after the experiment,and the collected data were analyzed differently by independent sample t-test and chi-square test according to the research needs.The experimental results are as follows:1.The average values of the total score of crawling technique,crawling distance and 25-meter crawling speed of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.2.The average average score of learning interest after the experiment in the experimental group was higher than that before the experiment,and the difference was statistically significant;RightThe average increase in the total score of learning interest after the experiment was not statistically significant.In the comparison of the mean total scores of learning interest between the two groups after the experiment,the experimental group scored higher and the difference was unifiedAcademic significance.3.The average scores of affective performance and cooperative spirit in the experimental group after the experiment were higher than those before the experiment,and the difference was uniformSignificance of calculation;The mean scores of affective performance and cooperation spirit in the control group after the experiment were compared with the average scores before the experimentThe difference was not statistically significant;After the experiment,the scores of affective performance and cooperation spirit between the two groups were averageThe mean score of the experimental group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant.From this analysis,the conclusions are as follows:1.The technical level of the experimental group students using the competition teaching method improved rapidly,but it also led to the appearance of action deformation in order to achieve victory.It is mainly concentrated in speed games,and the performance of other test items is rarely seen.2.When students participate in the teaching competition,they do not have a thorough understanding of the competition rules.As a result,students are not able to use technology and make full use of the rules.3.The psychological changes of the students before and after the competition are greater.The students of the winning side are more active and conscientious in class,and the teaching effect is much higher than expected.The enthusiasm of the loser is discouraged,but with the guidance and affirmation of the coach,the psychological state will gradually stabilize.4.The competition teaching method is more suitable for the short training time of summer swimming training courses and the characteristics of large expectations of parents.Traditional pedagogy is universally applicable,but the learning cycle is relatively long.Although the competition teaching method takes a short time,it has high requirements for the teaching environment and the teaching level of the coaches. |
