Unfortunately, due to the limited number of students, through more, venues and phase cannot satisfy teaching students really master swimming technology needs, the more against swimming fitness. How to use an effective teaching methods to make little pupils master swimming technology action as soon as possible and improve the learning efficiency and teaching quality is the key of this study.By the summer swimming five "private education course ", five or six grades of primary school students found teaching practice breaststroke program:first, from the traditional teaching method, certainly can not fully meet the needs of students with different levels of development. The traditional summer swimming teaching in large classes usually collective "sheep-style"is to entertainment in water, rather than learning to swim technology, is totally entertainment water, not learning swimming technology; the traditional small-class teaching and "private teach classes" teaching, also hold swimming technical characteristics, usually in the issue of teaching, Long-distance students still can not swim, can not go to Sham Shui Po District, teaching is very poor; secondly, the traditional teaching method of "one size fits all" didn't pay attention to student's individual difference phenomenon, also caused the part of the students "do not have enough to eat," and part of students "can't eat".Application method can overcome the disadvantages of traditional teaching, can let students gain "water feeling as soon as possible," master swimming technology, also reflected a kind of new teaching concept, it is a kind of ideal teaching methods. Again, the traditional teaching after the issue without clear appraisal standards, students can swim, and no matter what more not mention in every link, step by step, evaluation and feedback the breaststroke in procedures used to teaching "private teach classes" teaching feedback, namely stressed each step step to finish the feedback index, learning new content, didn't finish index of the study, the content of the review. Such raising the learning interest of the students, teaching students according to their aptitude make students from passive learning into active learning.In this paper,with the literature, expert interviews, experiments and mathematical statistics, teaching methods and so on, through the breaststroke program teaching method and the combination of private teach classes, aims to put forward a kind of swimming teaching methods, during five periods of "private teach classes" learning and technical characteristics of breaststroke write a set of "breaststroke program teaching", used "familiar with the water, ""breaststroke leg technology ","breaststroke arms and breathing with the technology ","arm breaststroke leg with technology ","breaststroke complete with technology, " five breaststroke teaching, and operate in practice to specific students to facilitate children's understanding and mastery of swimming skills quickly.Through the breaststroke program teaching learning, students learn to swim enthusiasm and self-study ability of water BaWoXing strengthened, increase. Based on the quantitative study link of standard, the process of learning feedback and control, students and teachers exchanges, played a student's main role, cultivate the students'study interest, obviously improving the learning swimming technology efficiency, economize the teaching time, make every student can learn to swim, make the lifelong benefit.
