| As an important part of China’s education,physical education should not only teach students skills,but also cultivate students’ habit of physical exercise and awareness of exercise.This study takes the application of layered teaching method in breaststroke teaching in physical education institutes as the research object,and demonstrates the application value of layered teaching method in breaststroke teaching in physical education institutes through research and analysis.In this study,literature review,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and other methods were used to compare the teaching effects of traditional teaching method and stratified teaching method in breaststroke course in physical education institutes.This experiment took the application of stratified teaching method in breaststroke teaching in physical education institutes as the research object,and selected 38 students in the 2018 general class of sports training in Xi ’an Institute of Physical Education to carry out breaststroke experimental teaching in 12 classes for 6 weeks,and analyzed and compared the effects of the two teaching methods on students’ learning breaststroke technique,body shape,swimming interest and so on.Results The layered teaching method has advantages in improving students’ interest and breaststroke swimming speed.It is suggested that in breaststroke teaching,a variety of teaching methods should be reasonably and comprehensively used according to the students’ situation,so as to learn from each other’s strong points and constantly summarize and explore new breaststroke teaching methods to improve the effect of breaststroke teaching.The experiment shows that:(1)The layered teaching method has obvious advantages in breaststroke movement technique.At the end of the experiment,the author compared and analyzed the breaststroke movement skills of the students in the traditional teaching class and the stratified teaching class.After the teacher graded the five breaststroke standards,the total score of the experimental group was 86.64 ± 5.64,the total score of the control group was 78.11 ± 4.98(F= 1.69,P = 0.01 < 0.05).There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the Control Group in the total score.The total score of the experimental group in the technique of breaststroke was significantly higher than that of the Control Group.(2)Layered teaching method has obvious advantages in improving students’ swimming speed in breaststroke teaching.After the experiment,the 50 m breaststroke scores of students in traditional class and stratified class were analyzed and compared.After the experiment,the 50 m breaststroke swimming speed of traditional class was92.79 13.95,and that of stratified class was 82.89 12.83.There is a significant difference in the swimming speed of 50 m breaststroke between the two classes(P=0.034,P < 0.05).(3)Hierarchical teaching can significantly improve students’ mastery of breaststroke theory.After the experiment,the theoretical scores of breaststroke in traditional class and stratified class were analyzed and compared.After the experiment,the scores of breaststroke theory in traditional class were 74.95 13.12,and those in stratified class were 78.95 2.25.There are significant differences between the two classes in breaststroke theory(P=0.001,P > 0.05).The results show that the hierarchical method has obvious advantages in the study and mastery of breaststroke theory by the two teaching methods. |
