Under the background of education power strategy,to deepen the comprehensive reform in the field of education,the traditional physical education teaching method has been unable to provide the best teaching effect for the comprehensive development of students,according to the characteristics of individual differences of students,the implementation of individualized teaching,flexible teaching,according to the special characteristics of swimming class,to deepen the reform,training students to participate in sports,learning skills,exercise the goal,is currently The front line physical education teachers face to solve the problem.PBL teaching method is based on the constructivist learning theory and the teaching mode of student community orientation.It takes questions as the research orientation and develops the learning method of students’ independent exploration of knowledge.Different from the traditional teaching method,PBL teaching method makes students become the masters of the classroom and improves the method of students’ ability to explore problems.Through searching and finding a large number of literature and materials about PBL teaching method,PBL method has been applied and researched in many fields.And achieved very good teaching effect,but PBL teaching method in the field of swimming teaching,research and application is very little,so in order to make up for the PBL teaching in junior high school swimming teaching research blank,enrich the practice theory of swimming teaching,and provide some reference teaching examples.This paper mainly uses the method of literature,interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,selects 60 junior students in Lion Tower School Yanggu County,Liaocheng City,Shandong Provinceas the teaching experiment objects,divides the students into control class and experimental class,each class has30 students,the control class adopts the conventional swimming teaching method.The experimental class adopts PBL teaching method.Through the teaching experiment of 24 hours in 12 classes,the conclusions before and after the experiment are compared and analyzed as follows:1.PBL teaching method can better connect with life situation,give play to students’ subjective initiative,and stimulate students’ interest in learning.2.Under the PBL teaching method and the traditional teaching method,the physical quality of the students in the two classes is not improved significantly within the short teaching cycle.3.Adopting PBL teaching method in swimming class is in line with the characteristics of students’ phased development,and pays more attention to the transition and connection between the selection of contents and methods.Students in the experimental class are better than those in the control class in swimming distance and technical evaluation,which has high feasibility.4.Using PBL teaching method in swimming class,students can find,analyze and solve problems effectively.5.Using PBL teaching method in swimming lessons,students can be more active,cooperate with each other,search for information,research together,independent learning ability and communication and cooperation ability have been significantly improved. |
