| In order to explore the influence of adding video means to traditional teaching methods on children’s breaststroke learning effect,this study designed an experiment to explore the differences of different teaching methods(including video means teaching method and traditional teaching method)on children’s breaststroke technology learning.Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology,how to integrate modern scientific and technological means into swimming teaching is an important part of this study.In this study,for the students in the experimental group,the auxiliary of video technology is added in breaststroke teaching.Compared with the traditional teaching methods without video technology,explore the differences between the two after the experiment,and prove the hypothesis that video means is conducive to enhancing the teaching effect.In this study,40 healthy and intellectually normal 10-year-old male children were divided into two groups by using the methods of experiment,questionnaire and quantitative statistics.The first group was the experimental group using video means,and the second was the control group using traditional teaching group;Before and after the experiment,the subjects’ mastery of breathing,rowing technology,kicking technology and hand foot cooperation were collected as the measurement indicators of training effect.It is found that there is no significant difference in age,height,weight and vital capacity between the two groups before and after the experiment,there is no significant difference in whether the experimental group and the control group can master breaststroke technology after the course(P = 0.687 > 0.05),there is significant difference in interest level between the experimental group and the control group(P =0.001 < 0.05),and the score of interest motivation of the control group is 2.20 ±0.768,The interest motivation of the experimental group was 1.45 ± 0.605.The lower the score,the higher the motivation.After training,the breathing skill score of the subjects in the control group increased by 2.85 ± 2.46,while that of the experimental group increased by 4.45 ± 1.82,with significant difference(P = 0.025< 0.05).After training,the breaststroke leg score of the subjects in the control group increased by 5.30 ± 2.25,while that of the experimental group increased by 6.75 ±1.86,with significant difference(P = 0.032 < 0.05),After training,the arm skill score of the subjects in the control group increased by 5.75 ± 2.02.At the same time,the experimental group increased by 7 ± 1.78,which was significantly different(P =0.045 < 0.05).After training,the breaststroke coordination score of the subjects in the control group increased by 5.35 ± 2.32.At the same time,the experimental group increased by 6.15 ± 1.78,which was significantly different(P = 0.230 < 0.05).The conclusions:1.The students in the experimental group who use video as an aid swim faster,and the video assisted teaching method has significant advantages over the conventional traditional teaching method.2.The experimental results show that the students in the experimental group assisted by video are also better at mastering breaststroke technology.3.Through video assisted teaching,the enthusiasm of the students in the experimental group has been significantly improved;At the end of the study,I am also satisfied with my classroom performance,and the novel technical means have been recognized by the students,which once again proves that the appropriate use of video means among breaststroke beginners will achieve good teaching results.4.Although video assistance has certain advantages,it also has certain disadvantages.It is easy to turn away from the guest.Improper use will make students indulge in the shooting itself,but affect the effect of class.Therefore,it is necessary to eliminate this kind of phenomenon.5.video means can reform the swimming teaching mode.The combination of offline and online mode can effectively weaken the impact of COVID-19 on traditional swimming teaching methods.6.Video means can help Swimming Teachers innovate teaching ideas,enrich teachers’ teaching means and continuously improve the teaching level of swimming class. |
