The evaluation of the effect of ideological and political education in public physical education courses in colleges and universities is a practical and applied research.And it is an important starting point to improve the quality of ideological and political education in public physical education courses.Reviewing the relevant literature,it is found that scholars have done a lot of research on the macro level,such as the construction,reform,value,quality improvement system,contents and approaches of physical education curriculum ideological and political.However,there is relatively little research on the micro-level evaluation of the effect of ideological and political education in physical education curriculum.Therefore,this study used the methods of literature,Delphi(Delphi Method),Analytic hierarchy process(AHP),questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics.Based on relevant policy documents,humanistic theory,human all-round development theory,item group theory and literature,conducted three rounds of questionnaire consultation to 24 experts,and finally determined the evaluation index of ideological and political education effect of public physical education curriculum in colleges and universities.According to the experts’ scoring on the importance of the index,the judgment matrix was constructed,and the weight of the index was determined.Based on the index system and its weight,this paper established the teacher evaluation table and the student self-evaluation scale,and explained the explanation of the two tables,and finally carried on the demonstration and analysis.The results are as follows:First,in three rounds of expert consultation,24 questionnaires were distributed and recovered in each round.The recovery rate was 100%,and the positive coefficient of experts was 100%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.88,0.94 and 0.94 respectively,all of which were more than 0.8,indicating that the authority of experts was high.The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.924,0.940 and 0.759 respectively,indicating that the reliability coefficient was good.Second,the evaluation system consists of 3 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 21 third-level indicators(In this study,the third-level indicators took volleyball as an example).Third,in the index system,the weight of the first-level index sports core literacy was0.4426,accounting for the largest proportion;the weight of the second-level index sports character subordinate to the first-level index sports core literacy was 0.1889,accounting for the largest proportion;the weight of the third-level index in the volleyball court to encourage each other,unity and cooperation subordinate to the second-level index sports character was 0.5490,accounting for the largest proportion.Fourth,took the public sports volleyball teacher ** in a university and the 400 students that he taught as the empirical object.The full score of teacher evaluation was 100,the score of100-80 was high,60-79 was medium,and < 60 was low.While the highest score of students was 1 after self-evaluation,and the evaluation grade above 0.8 was high,0.6-0.79 was medium,and < 0.6 was low.The results of empirical evaluation showed that the score of teachers was61,and the final score of students’ self-evaluation was 0.78.The educational effect was moderate,and the results of teachers’ evaluation and students’ self-evaluation tended to be consistent.Research recommendations: first,we should adhere to the combination of process evaluation and summative evaluation,and finally get reasonable and accurate evaluation results.Second,the three-level index and weight should be determined according to different sports,so as to develop the evaluation table of different sports. |
