Research On The Practical Dilemma And Coping Strategy Of Xiangtan Youth Basketball Training Institution In The "Post-Double Reduction Era"

In the past,China’s sports training institutions have made certain contributions to the development of education,however,sports training institutions have produced some problems in the pursuit of commercial operations that maximize profits,and the effect is not satisfactory.At present,it is necessary to examine the connotation and significance of "double reduction" from the perspective of education development,educational reform and sports development,and the high-quality development of training institutions in the "post-burden reduction era" must face the root causes and return to the original intention and essential law of education.Based on this,this research introduces multidisciplinary theories such as management,education,economics,physical education,etc.,starts from the perspective of finding problems,adopts the research paradigm of combining qualitative and quantitative,specifically adopts research methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method,knowledge graph method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,etc.,takes Xiangtan youth basketball training institutions as a case,conducts research on the current situation,dilemma and countermeasures of the development of youth basketball training institutions in Xiangtan City,and deeply analyzes the problems of training institutions under the background of double subtraction.Further proposed bailout countermeasures are intended to promote the development of training institutions.Comprehensively improving the quality of education and teaching is an important way out of "double reduction" and is also a fundamental guarantee.The study argues(1)Using the satisfaction evaluation method,it is believed that there are many problems in the Youth Basketball Training Institution in Xiangtan City,and stakeholders and students are not satisfied with the training effect.(2)Training institutions should not only pay attention to the development of intelligence,but also pay attention to the development of moral education.Return to the essence of education,return to the goal of cultivating core qualities and improving the quality of students,and strengthen the construction of the curriculum ideological and political system.Establish a correct educational concept,and study the construction of the curriculum system under the guidance of the educational concept,so as to form a unique educational model.(3)Through the use of in-depth interview methods,the five main categories of management,laws and regulations,curriculum setting,home,school,institutional relationship,and profitability of training institutions and the core categories of "influencing factors of Xiangtan Youth Basketball Training Institutions" are extracted,and the current situation and dilemma of Xiangtan Youth Basketball Training Institutions are dissected from the aspects of external influence and internal operation.(4)Based on the current situation and dilemma,from the perspective of the government,society and institutions themselves,6countermeasures to promote development are proposed,namely: improving relevant laws and policies;cultivating people with virtue;reconstructing the education ecology;strengthening curriculum construction;improving the linkage mechanism of institutions,schools and families;improving the venues,equipment and facilities of institutions to promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of youth basketball training institutions in Xiangtan City.
