Research On Dilemma And Optimization Strategy Of Resource Mobilization Of Children Service Station

With the deepening of social construction,the children’s welfare and protection system was gradually improved,and the children’s development received continuous attention and attention from the society.Entering a new stage of development,China is committed to innovating grassroots social governance and promoting social organizations to serve sinking communities.Children’s services in the community have become a common form.According to the Outline of China’s Children’s Development(2021-2030),the government should adhere to the principle of giving priority to children’s development in the process of providing public services,and encourage various public service institutions and social organizations to participate in children’s development and rights protection services.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out the children’s service station project in the community.In order to comply with this requirement,S city established a community children’s service station.Up to now,through the pilot work in some communities,the government has provided more specialized and refined services for the growth of children by purchasing and introducing qualification related projects,and the children in the communities have been guaranteed basic welfare.For charity projects,resource mobilization is an important factor affecting project service quality.Through practice,the author found that the fund of the children’s service station project came from the support of the foundation and the children’s lottery.However,funds can only be issued after implementation,which makes the children’s service station must mobilize relevant resources to meet the good operation of the children’s service station.In the process of resource mobilization,the children service station has some problems,such as unclear mobilization goals,inflexible mobilization methods,insufficient professional mobilization of volunteers,and inadequate mobilization of community resources.Therefore,this paper takes T community children’s service station in S City as the research object,and collects data through literature research,participatory observation and semi-structured interview.Detailed interviews were conducted with the relevant persons in charge of T community in S City,the staff of the children’s service station,the leaders of the community committee in the community where the service station is located,and the children’s parents.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the volunteer mobilization mechanism,site mobilization mechanism and fund and material mobilization mechanism of the children’s service station from three aspects of mobilization methods,process and effectiveness,fully understands the basic situation of T community children’s service station in S City,and expounds the problems existing in the resource mobilization process of the children’s service station.Finally,from the five aspects of clarifying mobilization goals,enriching mobilization methods,mining community resources,improving volunteers’ professional ability and building resource linkage mode,the paper proposes the resource mobilization optimization strategy of children’s service stations to ensure that children’s service stations can fully tap and utilize resources to help children’s all-round physical and mental development.
