Research On The Process Of Social Work Intervening In Community Resource Sharing ——Takes The Children’s Community Cultural Service Project Of The T Public Welfare Library As An Example

With the economic development and the increasing improvement of people’s living standards,people’s requirements for community service quality and community spiritual civilization are also increasing.Only by constantly enriching the spiritual needs of residents and improving their scientific knowledge and ideological and moral cultivation,can we promote the overall development of society and enhance the cohesion of the people.A good community culture can promote the community people to form a common values,so as to unite the community members,cultivate a harmonious neighborhood relations,and build a harmonious community.However,in real practice,the asymmetry between increasingly diverse community cultural needs and relatively limited community resources,which largely limits community cultural services and societies District development.This requires social workers to give full play to their professional value —— to comb,dig,integrate,transform and manage community resources,promote community resources sharing,meet the cultural needs of residents,enrich community resources,and promote community development.This paper selects the practical cases of social workers involved in community children’s cultural services through L community T library,and uses the method of participatory observation,group social work and community social work professional methods to explore the resource sharing process in community children’s social services.Analysis in the early stage of the activity of resource mining,resource combing,in the medium resource link and resource integration,as well as in the activity late resources transformation and resource management series of work,through the social work intervention L community and promote the community resource sharing practice process of detailed presentation and analysis,summarizes the obtained in the process of community resource sharing Test,to some extent,solves the L community in the previous resource utilization process.Research shows that social work is conducive to promoting community resource sharing through professional methods and ideas,as well as the characteristics of grassroots people.In the process of using community resources,we should pay attention to the stage and integration of resource sharing,and pay attention to the novel intervention methods and diversified community activity methods.At the same time,we should make good use of community media,use new media means to establish a community resource management mechanism,form a community resource contact network,and broaden the methods and channels for the community to obtain favorable resources.Through the innovative way of children taking the lead in community cultural activities,to promote the community cultural participation consciousness of every family,and then promote the essence of the whole community The development of god culture,cultivate residents’ awareness of mutual assistance,and enhance the participation of community culture.Through the intervention of social work,it tries to promote the transformation of community resource model,build a community resource sharing platform,build a community resource sharing mechanism,promote community resource exchange,improve the utilization rate of community resources,and promote the sustainable development of community cultural services and community public welfare projects.
