Study On Resource Mobilization Strategies In Community Social Work Services

Community development and community building are important contents that China has implemented to adapt to the new situation after the implementation of a market economy.Among them,the development of social work services in Guangzhou has received strong support from the government's financial funds and system,but still face resource use dilemmas in the course of social work services.Community social workers need to develop strategies to mobilize and integrate various resources of the community in order to respond to community issues and community needs.Therefore,the author takes the mobilization strategy of community social work service resources as the research topic of this dissertation.This article uses the theory of resource mobilization as a research guiding theory.Integrating the general framework and dimensions of resource mobilization actions with the C Street Family Integrated Service Center in Guangzhou City to explore the strategy of community workers mobilizing community resources.The analytical framework for resource mobilization,member mobilization,and framework mobilization to mobilize community work resources is proposed.This article adopts qualitative research methods,specifically through participation in observation and in-depth interviews.Through in-depth interviews with 19 related personnel,we learned about the plight and service experience of mobilizing community resources in community social work servicesat the C Street Family Comprehensive Service Center in Guangzhou.Then it analyzes the difficulties,influencing factors and methodological strategies in the interaction process through grounded theory interpretation.Through the research,the author finds out that the social workers in the community are currently carrying out community social work services.The current situation and the difficulties they face are the lack of financial resources and hematopoietic capacity,the lack of planning strategies for mobilization strategies,the need for community members to meet the needs of the fault,and the lack of information resources management.Combine the theoretical framework of the theory of resource mobilization,integrate and analyze community service experience,and summarize the following resource mobilization strategies:firstly,the resource mobilization dimension is the basic premise,and community social workers must first efficiently use internal resources to dig out and internalize external community resources.Information resources include collection from outside to inside and propaganda from inside to outside.The mobilization of members' dimensions is an important guarantee.Community services regularly attract potential community members through fixed points,improve the system to maintain active members,and mobilize the participation of more community members through the establishment of peer model leaders.The mobilization dimension of the framework is a key strategy,including the use of value to guide the acquisition of institutional support,the search for consensus and synergy with social groups,and the use of public welfare concepts to mobilize public resources.
