activity undertakers,while Cainiao Station,as a logistics alliance,is composed of multiple express companies with consistent goals,joint cooperation,and resource sharing to increase the profit of business operations.,Its goal is to provide a good experience of distribution services and improve customer satisfaction,to achieve a win-win situation for enterprises and customers.The continuous improvement of e-commerce and the consumption power of students has put forward new requirements for the express delivery industry.Compared with traditional shopping,online shopping has increasingly become the first choice for students to consume.Surge.The express delivery service of colleges and universities is mainly based on receiving and dispatching,and the operation and management are relatively simple.The gradual maturity of e-commerce,the strong consumption power,and the convenience of communication provide a broad market for express companies to conduct business in colleges and universities.Major express companies have established sites in schools or surrounding areas to provide express delivery services nearby.However,there are still the last mile logistics service problems between service points and service objects.How to solve the problems of service efficiency,service attitude,and service information security is still a key task that cannot be ignored at the current Cainiao campus station.Vocational School B is a modern vocational college that is highly valued by the state and local government departments.It has strong teachers,a large number of students and a steady expansion.In 2020,the number of employees in Vocational School B has reached485,including 399 full-time teachers and senior lecturers and technicians,and a total of459 economists,dual-qualified teachers,engineers,lecturers and accountants.At present,the school has a total of four departments,namely the Department of Mechatronics,Automobile,Economics and Art;the four departments contain a total of 20 majors,of which 4 majors belong to the district’s exemplary majors,and there is 1 special major,2020 There are more than 6,500 students in total each year.However,vocational school B is located in a suburban area,and the surrounding supporting facilities are not complete.Therefore,the demand for online shopping of teachers and students in the school is huge,and the demand for logistics services is also huge.The author found through interviews that the logistics and distribution services of Vocational School B are mainly Cainiao Station,and a large number of express parcels are generated every day;However,the current courier points of Cainiao Station of Vocational School B are densely distributed and small in size,and there is a large flow of staff at the express points.Teachers,students and express related parties are very dissatisfied with the congestion of the express delivery point,and the logistics service problem of the rookie station of the B vocational school needs to be solved urgently.In order to further understand the satisfaction of the teachers and students of the B vocational school on the "last mile" logistics service of the rookie station,this article focuses on "how to optimize the logistics service management of the rookie station on the campus".Conduct qualitative and quantitative research by means of questionnaire surveys and interviews.Based on previous research results,establish the logistics service quality evaluation system of Cainiao Station,and obtain the satisfaction of teachers and students of B vocational school on the logistics service of Cainiao Station with the help of balanced scorecard and analytic hierarchy process.Situation;At the same time,through sample interviews with the staff of the rookie station of the B vocational school and the teachers and students of the B vocational school,we have a more objective understanding of the current development status of the rookie station of the B vocational school.Through investigation,it is found that the current development environment of Cainiao Station of Vocational School B is relatively favorable,and relative to the initial stage of stationing,the logistics service of Cainiao Station has initially formed a mature system,and the operation is relatively smooth,providing a sustainable,Stable end logistics services.However,according to the survey results of the logistics service quality evaluation of Cainiao Station,the current teachers and students of vocational school B are generally dissatisfied with their service quality,and their satisfaction with service efficiency,service attitude and express delivery safety is low,which reflects the logistics service transportation of Cainiao Station.,There are still certain shortcomings in delivery timeliness,customer service quality,and safety supervision.To this end,this article addresses the problems of logistics services in the rookie station of the B vocational school and proposes data management to improve service efficiency,AI supervision to enhance express delivery safety,school-enterprise cooperation to strengthen express service consulting capabilities,and diversified management of services through integration of resources.Optimize countermeasures to provide reference for the improvement of the logistics service management level at the
