| In view of current global school education,it’s obvious that there exist great difficulties in popularization and learning of the important subject-mathematics.It’s difficult for senor high school students to learn mathematics,which has always bothered the students,parents and teachers.China has begun to implement 12-year free compulsory education in the four prefectures of Southern Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region since 2013,which enrolls more and more students in southern Xinjiang to senior high schools after graduation from junior high schools,and increasingly expands the number of students in ethnic senior high schools,creating a huge challenge to the education and teaching for ethnic senior high schools in southern Xinjiang.Since 2018,mandarin education has been comprehensively implemented in southern Xinjiang,combined with the backward economy,the poor comprehensive conditions for school running,the lack of talents and the poor source of students in southern Xinjiang,which increases the number of "students with learning difficulty" and "troublesome students" in ethnic senior high schools,brings tremendous troubles to senior high school teachers and aggravates the burden on the transformation of students with learning difficulties.Eventually,it results in low teaching quality in the long run,and gradual transformation of ordinary students to students with learning difficulties,which has strayed from the expected goal of current domestic quality education,that is,let every student obtain the best quality education.It is against this backdrop that the author explores the topic according to the current learning situation of students in two ethnic high schools in Aketao County,Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture.In this paper,the author tentatively gives the definition of students with learning difficulties in ethnic high schools in four prefectures of southern Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region according to the research results at home and abroad and relevant theoretical knowledge.Based on the case study of the students with learning difficulties in two ethnic high schools in Akto County,Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture,this paper starts the research from five aspects,including the influence of students,teachers,schools,families and living environment factors.With questionnaires distributed to teachers and students with learning difficulties,and interviews conducted with students,teachers and parents,this paper has analyzed the classroom atmosphere,learning attitude and elementary knowledge of students,and analyzed and summarized the causes of minority students with math learning difficulties in southern Xinjiang in combination with the five-year senior high school math teaching experience of the author.Finally,the author puts forward corresponding transformation strategies for minority students with mathematics learning difficulties in southern Xinjiang based on the comprehensive application of the pedagogy and psychology theories,the teaching experience and the actual teaching situation. |
