Students with difficultiesbecome a worldwide problem that educators facing.With the implementation of 12 year compulsory education in 2013 four prefectures in southern of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,including high school stage of compulsory education, the number of high school students of various ethnic groups in this region increased rapidly. It brings "education revolution". More and more students with learning difficultieshas had an impact on the national high school. It has not only brought many problems to the teachers that work on ethnic education, but also increased the difficulties in improving student’s study.Based on this background, the author puts forward the question and carries on the research of this subject. In this paper, the author takes the two national high school students in Shache (Yakan) County as example, analyzed the students with learning difficulties respectively in Chinese and Uyghur in the form of three kinds of questionnaire from the four aspects such as the learning motivation and interest,learning habits and learning strategies, psychological quality and external factors. The causes are analyzed and summarized in the area of minority students of chemical learning disability.And combining with the related theories of education and psychology and the actual teaching situation, the corresponding countermeasures for discussion, finally make a case study of the practice of transformation.The first part is about the problem, the research review,the purpose, content,method and significance of the research.At home and abroad, as well as the relevant theories of the causes and transformation of students with learning difficulties. The third part is the empirical analysis of the causes of poor students of ethnic minority chemistry is dominated by the Uyghur study,and takesthe First middle school of Shache (Yakan)county and the Eighth middle school as the sample, adopt sampling survey method, and carry out the empirical research on the causes of learning difficulties. The survey results show the factors that make the studyof students,such as students’ learning motivation and motivation are insufficient, the starting point of knowledge and skill is weak, the chemical study interest is not stable, chemistry learning strategies lack effective learning,chemical learning sense of responsibility is not strong and chemical learning self-efficacy is poorer, social environmental factors, school environmentfactors, family environment factors, discipline characteristic of the chemistry and the multiple language obstacle.In the fourth part, the author makes a systematic and detailed analysis of the causes of the difficulties of minority nationality chemistry students. The fifth part is based on the relevant theory and research, put forward the transformation strategy,the national high school chemistry students in this area include: To enhance the responsibility of students’chemistry learning sense,cultivate good psychological quality of the students, stimulate thestudent’s learning motivation and interest, teach students tograsp the strategies of chemistry learning,improve theteaching ability of teacher’s in ethnic minority areas,have a thorough understanding of minority students’ characteristics, improve the level of the professional skill, improve scientific research ability,pay attention to the improvement of the education teaching method, to helpthe minority studentsfrom the heart, improve the learning ability of the common language, create favorable conditions for tutoring a comprehensive education in national regions.The sixth part introduces the case study and the results of the minority nationality students with chemistry learning difficulties. The seventh part puts forward the mistakes, the new problems and the future research. |
