| The solution of the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",rural revitalization strategy depends on the active participation of professional and technical personnel in the development of agriculture,forestry and the shoulders on the responsibility of forestry talent cultivation in colleges and universities,professional students of agronomy class rural employment can effectively promote the development of rural areas,promoting rural rich,narrow the gap between urban and rural development,promote the construction of urban and rural integration.However,at present,college students "study agriculture" and "contrary to agriculture" phenomenon is common,how to attract and encourage agricultural major college students rural employment is an important topic to be studied,how to improve the willingness of college students to choose rural employment has become a hot issue in the whole society and academia.This research to yunnan agriculture undergraduate colleges of agriculture and forestry college students as the research object,based on the theory of social support and demand level theory,from the perspective of psychology,sociology and management and so on,on the basis of questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,by means of regression analysis models and methods,to explore the professional students of yunnan agriculture undergraduate colleges of agriculture and forestry present situation of rural employment intention,This paper analyzes the influencing factors of college students majoring in agriculture rather than "farming".Based on the questionnaire survey,interview survey and empirical analysis of rural employment intention and influencing factors of agricultural college students,the study found that: more than half of college students do not want to work in rural areas,the main influencing factors include personal level,employment mentality is not correct,wrong cognition of rural areas;Second,family factors,the shackles of traditional family concepts lead to the apathetic desire of rural employment,and parents are opposed to it.Third,the university factors,the propaganda is not in place,the university practice training needs to be strengthened,the graduation employment guidance process is not in place;Fourth,social factors,policy publicity efforts are not in place,rural employment environment to be improved,the pressure of public opinion.According to the investigation and research,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the rural employment willingness of college students: First,personal aspect.We should foster a correct concept of employment and entrepreneurship and enhance our comprehensive practical ability.Second,colleges and universities should strengthen publicity,enhance educational practice skills and improve employment guidance.Third,the government should strengthen government policy support,improve rural employment environment and strengthen the guidance of public opinion.Hoping to expand the agronomy class professional college students’ employment space and development space,in order to realize self value and social value,promote the standardization of guidance in the work of employment guidance,yunnan industrial convergence to the agricultural employment guidance,theory with reality,the school of rural employment guidance content more targeted.It provides effective reference for the government to improve the rural employment policy,and provides ideas for yunnan province to introduce college students to rural employment,so as to achieve good results for more agricultural majors to join the rural revitalization construction team. |
