In recent years, the emergence rate of a social term is higher and higher, that is,the employment situation of college students.Such a social phenomenon reflects that the employment of contemporary college students has been very serious, and solving this problem is also the top priority of the country and the government. However, agricultural college students are a special group of college students, and they are often unable to provide corresponding work for agricultural college students in large cities. The vast field of agricultural employment is in small and medium-sized cities and rural areas,so it is very suitable for agricultural college students to return home for employment. However, due to the backward economy, less employment opportunities, low enterprise pay, imperfect infrastructure and other objective factors, the return employment of agricultural college students is rare and their willingness to return home is not strong.Referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literature, this paper sums up and references the three aspects of College Students' employment, their willingness to return home and their employment.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,push-pull theory and social support theory, this paper designs and issues questionnaires, recovers, arranges and summarizes them.By using the questionnaire survey method,382 agricultural related college students in five colleges and universities in Jilin Province are surveyed on their willingness to return home for employment and the influencing factors.356 valid questionnaires are actually recovered.Taking the willingness to return home employment of agricultural college students as the dependent variable, taking education background, school, gender, household registration type, family location, hometown development concerns, home employment policy views, family relations, family attitude towards home employment, expected monthly salary, home infrastructure construction level, work development space, social security level, employment opportunities, ideological bias as the independent variable By using the binomial logistic regression model and SPSS statistical software,we can draw the conclusion that education background, school, home employment policy attitude, family's attitude towards home employment, home infrastructure construction level, work development space, social security level, employment opportunity have a significant positive impact on home employment intention, gender, household type, expectation month Salary and ideological bias have a significant negative impact on the willingness to return to work. However, the location of the family, the degree of concern for the development of the hometown and the family relationship will not have an impact on the willingness to return to work.In view of this result, the paper puts forward that colleges and universities should improve the employment education of college students, local governments should actively create a good environment for college students to return to their hometown for employment, parents should treat college students to return to their hometown for employment rationally, and college students should set up a correct view of employment.
