Report of the 19 th CPC national congress for the first time puts forward the "implementation of rural revitalization strategy",It is an important historical task of comprehensively building a well-off society and a modern socialist country.To implement the rural revitalization strategy,we must solve the problem of the lack of knowledge and talent at the grassroots level in rural areas.Therefore,the government has issued a series of favorable policies to encourage and support college students to return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship.On the one hand,it can relieve the employment pressure of college students.On the other hand,college students can create more social value while realizing their life value.More importantly,college students’ returning to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship,their innovation ability and knowledge help promote the overall revitalization of rural areas,promote the industrial upgrading of agriculture,,and accelerate the pace of agricultural and rural modernization.Among college students who return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship,rural college students account for an absolute majority.They are more familiar with their hometown and have stronger willingness to return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship.It is particularly important and crucial to encourage rural college students to return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship.This paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of college graduates’ willingness to return home to find jobs and start businesses in rural areas,and provides theoretical support for optimizing the related practices of these influencing factors.It also has policy reference value and practical significance foractivating the rural economy,constantly removing the shackles of urban-rural duality and realizing the integrated development of urban-rural integration.In this paper,the following aspects are studied and analyzed :(1)domestic and foreign literatures related to returning to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship are sorted out in detail,especially the relevant research results on rural college students,and the factors affecting the willingness of rural college students to return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship are emphatically analyzed.(2)through literature review,face-to-face interviews and other research methods,combined with the relevant theoretical basis,a questionnaire was designed for rural college students to return home to find jobs and start their own businesses.Taking the rural college students in Hubei province as the main group,and investigating a certain number of students in school,interviewing some rural college students who have graduated,the willingness of their return to employment and entrepreneurship was investigated and statistically analyzed,and the influencing factors affecting their return to employment and entrepreneurship were obtained.(3)SPSS software was used to analyze and sort out the collected data,and the main influencing factors were obtained by logistic binary regression analysis.(4)based on the research results of this paper,some countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of rural college students returning home.Of this study was to analysis the Hubei province rural cadastral college students returning home to influence factors,through the analysis of the questionnaire data,found that after the rural cadastral college students entrepreneurial intention is not high,returning home employment prefer stability strong work,can accept the lowest monthly salary in 2000-4000 accounted for most of the proportion,poor parents career stability mainly engaged in the industry,understand the relevant policy is limited,etc.The Pearson chi-square test of SPSS was used to analyze the correlation between the internal factors of rural college students themselves and their willingness to return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship.Then,logistic binary regression method was used to analyze the influence of various factors on the choice of direction of rural college students’ willingness to return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship.Among them,the personal factors are mainly reflected in whether the only child,homesick degree,educational level,grade orgraduation year,major,understanding degree of favorable policies for employment and entrepreneurship in hometown,and degree of self-determination and love for hometown when faced with the choice of employment and entrepreneurship in hometown.Family factors mainly include family location,family annual income,family attitude,family prejudice and so on.Economic factors mainly include the future development space of work,the influence of income on family,the number of employment and entrepreneurship opportunities in hometown,and the living and consumption level in hometown.Social support factors mainly include infrastructure and supporting level of hometown,policy attraction degree of local government,employment and entrepreneurship guidance of colleges and universities,emotional support of relatives and friends,and encouragement degree of all sectors of society.At the same time,based on the previous research results at home and abroad,a series of relevant countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of college students themselves,the government,universities,society and families,in order to promote the purpose of more college students returning to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship. |
