This research focuses on the relationship between college students’ social practice and their grassroots employment willingness.Through an empirical investigation of college students’ participation in social practice and their grassroots employment willingness,it sorts out the key factors that affect the grassroots employment willingness during the implementation of social practice,and proposes Grassroots employment-oriented social practice improvement program.According to relevant literature,social practice participation and grassroots employment intention are both related to personal political efficacy and public service motivation.Therefore,this study introduces two mediating variables,political efficacy and public service motivation,to explore the relationship between the four relationship,and provide suggestions for accurate employment guidance services.Through literature research method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method,a questionnaire survey was carried out on 250 students in H University,and platform software such as SPSSAU was used to conduct descriptive analysis,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,Mediation analysis,verification of hypotheses and research models,multi-category Logit analysis,and exploration of the factors affecting the willingness of students to be employed at the grassroots level in the social practice implementation plan.The study found that the social practice participation of school students was positively correlated with grassroots employment readiness,public service motivation,political efficacy,and grassroots employment willingness;School students’ public service motivation and political efficacy play a mediating role between their social practice participation and grassroots employment willingness.Based on the above analysis,starting from the intrinsic motivation of college students,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the purpose of improving the intrinsic motivation of college students and guiding suitable candidates to go to the grass-roots level for employment.Operational improvement plan. |
