Case Work Intervenes In The Study Of The Developmental Dilemmas Of Virtually Unattended Children

In recent years,the fact that the marginalized group of unattended children has gradually attracted the attention of the public and the government.This group is one of the most special and difficult groups among minors.In order to help this group out of their difficulties,the Ministry of Civil Affairs,the Ministry of Public Security,the Ministry of Finance and other departments have successively issued a number of policies to strengthen the guarantee of children being raised by no one.Based on the case service provided by Y Social Work Service Center of X Town,L County,Liuzhou City,this study takes the fact unsupported children facing growth difficulties in the service as the research object,and combines participatory observation method and interview method.To further explore the fact no one raising children face comes from the intelligence,mental and emotional,physical,and social adaptation and so on in all aspects of the possible difficulties in the process of growth,the research analysis,the reason for difficulties in a professional social work method is used to the fact that no one raised the growth of children in difficulties for intervention,And the problems encountered in the process of social work professional method intervention are analyzed and explored.It is found that the reasons for the growth difficulties of children with no one to raise them are mainly analyzed from the following three aspects: at the micro level,the self-evaluation of children with no one to raise them is affected by the environment,resulting in low self-efficacy;At the intermediate level,the lack of family education and weak communication with peers make it difficult for them to get support from family and peers.At the macro level,the relevant policies and regulations and social support are insufficient,and the fact that unattended children still face the dilemma of insufficient institutional assistance.Services for this situation,based on a case case as an example,using the methods of case work to grow dilemma in fact no one to intervene,child rearing and guided by the social support network theory in fact no one raising children social support network is analyzed,and further explore the social work in fact no one raised the role of children grow up trouble,Broaden the effective ways for social work to intervene in this group and enhance the identity of social work profession.In using the ideas and methods of social work intervention in fact no one raised children,greatly improving the fact no one raising children due to family reasons or personal reasons such as to bring bad effect in the process of growing conditions,states that the social work intervention is solving the problem of the fact there is no trouble raising children’s growth of one of the effective ways.However,there are still some shortcomings when using social work methods to provide services for unsupported children,which are embodied in the following aspects: dual relationship caused by unclear roles;The incompleteness of social work intervention.In this regard,social workers should enhance their professional competence in the future social work practice,and at the same time advocate strengthening the cooperation between social organizations and government agencies.
