The Research On The Growing Dilemma Of Rural Orphans Involved In Social Work

In recent years,issues such as the survival status,welfare needs and protection of rights of rural orphans have become the focus of social and government attention.This article was based on the internship institution to study the orphans facing the growth dilemma in the service.Through an in-depth investigation of the basic situation of the orphans in the M area in Xiangtan City,and deeply analyzed the growth dilemma faced by the orphans.Therefore,the purpose of this study is try to use the professional methods of social work to intervene in the growing predicament of the factual orphans,and to explore the problems and countermeasures in the process of intervention.This study aims to solve the growth dilemmas of rural orphans,to find self-advantages,and to affirm self-worth.First of all,this study started from the theory of ecosystem,and divided the growth dilemma system of fact orphans into three aspects: micro,meso and macro.Secondly,in order to further explain how social work plays a vital role in the growing of the orphans,two representative cases were selected as the research intervention subjects.This research was based on the psychosocial treatment mode and the crisis intervention mode,which used the method of case work to intervene in the two factual orphan subsystems and their external environment.Basically solved the problem of the case,and improved the support role of the external environment for the factual orphans,and gradually stepped out of the growth dilemma.Finally,this study rethinked the problems existing in the process of social work practice intervention,and further proposed countermeasures to improve the social work involved in the growth of the orphans.
