A Case Management Practice Of Fact No Orphans Grow Adversity

The definition of the plight children which has obtained the general recognition of the theory refers to the children who temporarily or permanently are out of nor mal family,or physically or mentally encountered significant problems,including street children,orphans and AIDS children,disabled children,the fact no one raising children and others.A mong them,the fact that there is no one to bri nging up children is also called the fact no one raising children,contains about four subclasses.The first subclasses is that one of parents died,the other missed or abandoned children.The second is that both parents are in jail or during the rehabilitation,including that one of parents is in jail and the other abandoned children.The third is that both are severely disabled or ill.The fourth is that parents in poor families caught serious and rare diseases.At present,the research of the social support system for orphans in china has been valued in theory.In contrast,another group which is sim ilar with orphans,the fact no one raising children,are outside research field,so the consideration of the social support issues for the fact no one raising children has im portant significance in th eory.Through the relevant research of the fact no on e raising children in C city conclud ed that the social support system for the fact no one raising childr en is still very weak.At present,relatives and family still bear the primary responsibility of caring for children and the social support of neighbors and relatives is one of the m ost important auxiliary m eans of social support network of tha fact no one raising children,but the social support of the governm ent and the collective or ganization in both system running and funding e fforts are glaring deficiency.Based on this background,the fa ct no one raising child ren should be brought into the “pratt&whitney type” social policy system,and the socia l support system will be improved by the explicit responsibility of the social support.After summing up the experience which got from the actual visiting survey and the social work intervention of the fact no one raising children growth dilemm a,the author hope for the conclusion having reference signif icance for the case abou t the social work intervention of the fact no one raising children.
