There are more than 290 million migrant workers in total in China.Under the new historical conditions, migrant workers play a role in socialist modernization that cannot be ignored. At present, the quality of employment of migrant workers in China is characterized by poor foundation, poor stability, weak protection, and susceptible to economic fluctuations.Although they work and live in the city, there are still great differences between them and urban residents in terms of economic income, social status and quality of life. Therefore, this paper takes education and training as an entry point to discuss its influence on the employment quality of migrant workers, and it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to effectively improve the employment quality of migrant workers from the market and non-market benefits of education and training,so that they can truly integrate into the city. This paper takes the migrant workers in Changsha city as the main body, takes labor mobility theory, human capital theory and lifelong education theory as the theoretical basis, collects relevant data through a combined online and offline questionnaire survey, and uses SPSS25.0 software to select a multivariate logistic regression model to analyze the demand of migrant workers to participate in education and training and the factors influencing education and training on the employment quality of migrant workers. It was found that the demand of migrant workers to participate in education and training was influenced by:social competitiveness, satisfaction with self-knowledge level, education and training experience before entering the city,as well as the content of education and training, the type of education and training, and the form of participation in learning, etc. There were 12 factors influencing education and training on the employment quality of migrant workers, namely, gender, age, marital status, education level, occupation type, time spent working outside the city, the The average monthly income, working time in the city, willingness to train, frequency of training, training period and training effect. All these factors significantly affect the employment quality of migrant workers in Changsha and are consistent with the research hypotheses made in this paper. The study also found that most of the migrant workers have low education level and have a strong demand for education and training, but the current situation of their education and training is not optimistic due to subjective and objective factors such as insufficient environmental support, negative awareness and information asymmetry. Therefore, studying the influence of education and training on the employment quality of migrant workers in Changsha is of great significance to promote the employment quality of migrant workers in Changsha. On this basis, this paper focuses on the employment quality of migrant workers in Changsha, hoping to take effective measures to improve the employment quality of migrant workers, including improving the training information system and building a system of "’long-run’ education+’short-run training’ system;attracting social funds to help migrant workers obtain training resources to reduce their financial burden;giving full play to the positive value of publicity to attract more migrant workers to participate in migrant workers’ education and training, giving full play to the enthusiasm and value of the main body;encouraging the development of vocational education in schools to improve the education level of migrant workers;and innovating diversified We encourage the development of vocational education in schools to improve the education level of migrant workers;innovate diversified training work, increase the training experience of migrant workers, and take the effect as the guide to melt the "two-way channel" of education and training.
