At present,the large number of jobs for the new generation of migrant workers mainly come from the traditional industry,the main reason is that the demand for employment in the traditional industry is large and the demand for employees is small.However,under the background of the current supply-side structural reform,traditional enterprises face the problems of restructuring,removing production capacity and disposing of "zombie enterprises".These conditions will impact the employment and stability of the new generation of migrant workers,and affect the development and harmony of society.At the same time,the "labor shortage" and "employment difficulties" two major social problems become more and more serious,the new generation of migrant workers employment problems have to be solved urgently.Changle District is the gateway of Fuzhou City in Fujian province,which has three axes of air,sea and land transportation.Based on the survey data of the new generation of migrant workers in the mayor's Changle District of Fuzhou City,the influencing factors of employment stability were studied in depth.The factors that may affect the employment stability of the new generation of migrant workers are selected from the literature and questionnaire data.Through Logistic regression model,the factors influencing the employment stability of new generation migrant workers are constructed and analyzed.The results of the model data show that:age,monthly earnings,arrears of wages,length of work,identification of career options and career development all pass the saliency test,while gender,education,Labour contracts and insurance fail to pass the saliency test.This paper analyzes and explains the regression results based on the actual situation,literature and relevant theoretical basis of the questionnaire.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the government,enterprises and the new generation of migrant workers themselves from the three aspects of labor supply,technology supply and system supply,in order to promote the new generation of migrant workers 'employment to a healthy and stable direction.
