The 2019 migrant worker survey report shows that the number of migrant workers born after1980 is about 145 million,which has become the main labor force to promote social development,but the employment process faces low income levels,weak social security and tidal employment.The core of issues such as job stability is the low level of employment quality.There is still a lot of room for improvement in the urbanization rate in Xinjiang,attracting the new generation of migrant workers to take root in the city and stabilize employment,which is conducive to increasing the urbanization rate.Human capital will affect whether they choose to continue education to improve their knowledge and skills.Abundant social capital will help increase employment income,diversify employment information channels,and rationally adjust employment structure.Psychological capital can effectively enhance the new generation of migrant workers when they face difficulties and challenges,and make positive behaviors to cope with challenges.From the perspective of three-dimensional capital,this paper analyzes the factors affecting employment quality,improves the employment quality of the new generation of migrant work e r s,a n d p r o m o t e s t h e c o m m o n p r o s p e r i t y of urban and rural areas.Khorgos City is at the core node of the One Belt One Road.Since its establishment in 2014,the economy has developed rapidly,attracting a large number of migrants to work,and there are a lot of job opportunities.Therefore,Khorgos City is selected as the research location.This paper uses literature induction,questionnaire survey,system analysis,field observation and other empirical analysis of factors affecting employment quality.It uses multiple intermediary models designed by Wen Zhong lin to construct a model of factors affecting employment quality,proposes hypotheses,and uses variance to analyze three capital components.The influence of factors on employment quality and constituent elements is verified by linear regression method and assumptions are verified and the analysis,and proposed the corresponding countermeasure.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the overall evaluation of the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers in Khorgas City is good,but there is still room for improvement.The second is that the three types of capital it owns can meet the needs of the current work,but the total amount is not conducive to its long-term development.It is manifested in the small stock of social capital that is not conducive to its competition,and the psychological resources have not yet fully played its role.Third,the effects of the three types of capital on employment quality are psychological capital,human capital,and social capital,and there is an intermediary effect.Fourth,according to the one-factor analysis of variance of the three-dimensional capital on the elements of employment quality,it shows that optimistic and hopeful attitudes,respectful and courteous behaviors,education level,health level,frequent participation in community activities and the number of organizations involved,relatives and friends in hospitals and schools The work of other units,who you are in close contact with,the frequency of training,the spirit of self-confidence and courage,and the way of obtaining work are m o r e i m p o r t a n t f a c t o r s.Khorgos City should make efforts in these aspects. |
