With reforming and industrialization and urbanization quickening in China,the increasing rural surplus labor flow to urban areas,informing a peasant labor force.They make great contribute to urban infrastructure,but due to the barriers of household registration system and the limitations of educational level,they can not enjoy the same wages,working conditions and job security with residents,their employment quality is overall low.It is imminent to improve employment quality of migrant workers: Get high-quality work,they can ease their difficult plight in the city,reducing the financial burden;they can enhance their passion for work,avoiding cynical mood;high-quality work also can encourage them to integrate into the city as soon as possible,realizing people of migrant workers.This article mainly study migrant workers in Shenyang.By referencing previous studies to construct employment quality evaluation system and focusing on selecting entropy method to determine the weight of each index to learn basic situation of employment quality.And then calculate the composite score as the dependent variable to explore the variables such as workers experience,social capital and personal characteristics how to impact employment quality of migrant workers.The main contents include six chapters.The first chapter outlines a comprehensive framework;The second chapter details the previous literature,trying to make a reference for research perspective and variable selection of this study;The third chapter describes data sources and make a basic descriptive analysis for basic information of migrant workers,putting the foundation for later calculations on employment quality weights;The forth chapter build employment quality evaluation system,calculating the index weight with entropy value method to learn their employment status quo,making a foundation for exploring employment quality factors.The fifth chapter inquiry the work experience,social capital and personal characteristics affecting employment quality of Shenyang in the framework of the multiple linear regression model.Studies have shown that workers change jobs in the number of experienced,industry type,and type of employment;social capital in changing jobs can provide several friends and relatives to help;personal characteristics of sex,age and marital status on the quality of employment of migrant workers were tested significantly affected.The sixth chapter summarize the main research contents and the full text of the conclusions,the article discusses the policy implications of research findings and pointed out the direction for future research.In this paper,the conclusion can be summarized as two aspects: Firstly,the overall quality of employment of migrant workers are not optimistic: Lower wages,longer working hours,without entertainment,single consumer and lacking of job security issues of migrant workers are still around.Secondly,the characteristics of migrant farmer workers,social capital and personal characteristics affect the quality of employment of migrant workers in different degrees and direction.The number of which change jobs,industry type,employment type,the number of friend change jobs can help,sex have a significant positive impact on the employment quality,marital status and age and have reverse impact.
