| In the new era,the educational concept has changed.Educating people through labor is the new requirement of the society for education.As an important part of the socialist education system for developing high-quality talents in an all-round way,labor education shoulders the important mission for cultivating both young people’s mental outlook and quality cultivation.It is the focus of current education on integrating labor education into subject teaching and giving full play to its unique educational value.Geography stands out in the integrated labor education because of its subject characteristics and is an important medium for the integration of labor education in middle school teaching.This paper takes the teachers and students of Nanning No.37 Middle School as the research object,takes "labor literacy" as the pointer,analyzes the current situation and problems of the cultivation of geographic labor literacy in junior middle school through literature research,questionnaire survey and empirical research and other methods.On the basis of digging deep into the geography teaching materials and labor resources in the geographical environment of junior middle school,in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of geographic infiltration of labor literacy in junior middle school,we design and carry out the teaching practice of geography labor literacy cultivation in junior middle school,After the teaching practice,we investigate and analyze the current situation of students’ labor literacy: one is to obtain the effectiveness of geography discipline in cultivating labor literacy through empirical study,and the other is to broaden the path of geography penetration into labor education in middle school,help students develop in all-round way,and provide practical teaching reference for geography teachers in middle school.The research found that the current students’ labor literacy is generally average,and there are still biased cognition of labor,and labor remuneration is significant tendency;The implementation of school labor education is not in place,and labor education is not mature in subject teaching.Especially,under the constraints of various factors,the practice of geography labor integration teaching is rarely explored,and few teachers try to demonstrate relevant integration strategies in practice.Therefore,the implementation path of the two integration teaching practice is not clear and specific.So,based on the present situation and problems,this research made the use of existing academic achievement,sorted out the contents of junior middle school geography textbooks and a large number of labor education resources contained in the natural and social environment,and found the coincidence point between geography and labor education.Through teaching practice,the effectiveness of cultivating labor literacy in geography teaching from the perspectives of classroom and extracurricular geography labor practice is demonstrated,and relevant theoretical strategies are implemented and tested from the design,implementation and detection of cultivation actions.Based on the empirical results,we put forward the strategies of cultivating labor literacy in junior middle school geography teaching.The results of teaching practice show that : cultivating students’ labor literacy in geography teaching is a long-term and phased educational activity.In order to truly cultivate students’ labor literacy in junior middle school geography teaching,it must be based on both geography classroom teaching and geography extracurricular labor practice,combining the goals of geography teaching,advocating the spirit of labor,digging deep into geographical labor materials,deepening the concept of labor,developing life labor cases,internalizing labor values,actively carrying out outdoor education,and improving labor literacy.Take the cultivation of labor literacy in geography classroom teaching as the basis,and imperceptibly cultivate students’ labor literacy,and consolidate the practice of geography extracurricular labor,and strengthen students’ labor literacy in all aspects.The indispensable and should not be biased. |
