Labor education has the comprehensive educating functions of cultivating morality,enhancing intelligence,strengthening the body,and cultivating beauty.Physical labor is the key to promoting the realization of the value of labor education,and the junior high school stage is a critical period of socialization,so pay attention to the labor participation of junior high school students and Its influencing factors are of great significance.Existing research lacks the results of analyzing the influencing factors of labor participation of junior high school students through empirical research.Therefore,based on the statistical data of the project survey,this paper adopts factor analysis,correlation analysis,multiple linear regression,mediation effect test and other methods,from the perspective of social support theory and social cognitive theory,to understand the current labor participation status of junior high school students,and discuss The impact of parental support and junior high school students’ labor value identification on junior high school students’ labor participation,and analyzes whether parental support has an indirect impact on labor participation through labor value identification.The research found that: 1.The overall labor participation of junior high school students is not optimistic.The participation in daily cleaning or tidying activities is relatively good,and the participation in voluntary labor or public welfare activities,planting or breeding activities is not good.2.The influence of each variable on the labor participation of junior high school students is as follows:(1)Parents’ emotional encouragement and behavioral demonstration have significant positive effects on junior high school students’ labor participation.(2)The labor value identification of junior high school students has a significant positive impact on their labor participation.(3)The labor value identification of junior high school students played a partial mediating role in the process of parents’ emotional encouragement and behavioral demonstration affecting junior high school students’ labor participation.The mediating effect is realized through the cognitive mechanism of value transmission,role model effect and individual reflective perception.The study believes that individual actions include the orientation of self-realization,and the individual’s participation in actions carries the rational pursuit based on self-realization and self-development,rather than just the desire for material interests and group belonging.At the same time,from the relevant theoretical dialogues between Bandura and Giddens,it is discussed that reflective cognition plays an important role in the influence of system and environment on individual actions.
