In the rapid development of the socialization process,with the change of rural social environment,people's knowledge of labor has changed,but also a profound impact on rural junior high school students 'labor education.Villagers often attach importance to the cultural education of their children,believe that knowledge changes fate,but rely too much on cultural education,but ignore the labor literacy-rural students once proud of the advantages.In the rapid development of the socialization process,with the change of rural social environment,people's knowledge of labor has changed,but also a profound impact on rural junior high school students'labor education.Villagers often attach importance to the cultural education of their children,believe that knowledge changes fate,but rely too much on cultural education,but ignore the cultivation of labor literacy-rural students once proud of the advantages.Through the study of rural junior high school students 'labor accomplishment,this paper presents the present situation of rural junior middle school students 'labor literacy,which helps them to reflect on their labor concept and labor attitude,and explores the school-based education of rural Middle school labor accomplishment from the angle of rural junior middle school students,renewing the concept of labor education for local schools,giving full play To provide a basis for the practical practice of labor literacy education.Based on the investigation of the first junior middle school in H town,Henan Province,this study collected the research data and data from four dimensions:the cognition,emotion,attitude and practice state of the labor education accomplishment of the rural junior high schools,and the results show that the labor literacy status of the rural junior middle school students is not optimistic,None of the four dimensions of labor literacy have reached a good state.In view of the above problems,to improve the rural junior high school students'labor literacy should focus on the following aspects:The whole society should attach great importance to the labor accomplishment of rural junior middle school students from the strategy of the greatness and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and make positive changes to the whole society of education administrative organizations,schools,teachers,parents,including students To promote the promotion and all-round development of rural junior high school students 'labor accomplishment:the educational administrative organization strengthens the supervision of all kinds of educational institutions to ensure that the national education policy is communicated and implemented;School administrators need to construct a good campus culture environment to strengthen the efficiency management of labor education and cultivate high quality graduates;Teachers should strengthen their own professional development planning,guide students to participate in labor education practice activities;Parents should also create a good family education atmosphere for their children with their own words and deeds personal education in the imperceptible to enhance their labor literacy.Junior high school students should also consciously improve labor literacy to achieve self-all-round development.
