At present,the traditional urban community management system has been unable to meet the diversified interest demands of community residents.The government actively explores the innovation of community governance and the transformation of governance mode,and promotes the governance concept of "small government,big society".At present,in China,what we want to build is a "one master and multiple" governance structure.The specific meaning of "one master" refers to the leadership of the Party committee and the government,and "multiple" refers to enterprises and institutions,grass-roots autonomous organizations,social organizations,etc.Community self-organization belongs to grass-roots autonomous organizations.As one of the multiple governance,it can not only improve the enthusiasm and ability of residents’ community participation,but also improve the ability of community problem-solving and self-development.With the vigorous development of social work in China,it has become the trend of the times for social workers to participate in community construction and the cultivation of community self-organization.The research of this paper is based on the cultivation of community self-organization by using the concepts and methods of social work under the regional development mode.Through specific practical cases,this paper systematically combs the process of cultivating community self-organization from scratch with five abilities:organization ability,resource integration ability,community participation ability,management ability and dispute handling ability,It also summarizes the community self-organization cultivation mode of "Social worker 、 Community leader and Interpersonal network three linkage".From the service effect and service method,this paper evaluates the community leader in the cultivation process of community self-organization,and also studies the advantages and disadvantages of the dual identity of social workers in the practical process.This paper has a certain reference value for the research on the cultivation model of community self-organization and the role of social workers. |
