Research On Improving The Community Participation Of Residents In The "village-to-community" Project Under The Regional Development Mode

By the end of 2021,my country’s urbanization rate has reached 64.7%,and the number of "Village to Residence" communities is increasing.With the process of "village to residence",the identities of residents have changed,and along with them are changes in production methods and lifestyles.The transformation of rural communities into urban communities has resulted in insufficient attention and participation of residents in community public affairs,and lack of initiative to participate in community governance.In the process of urbanization development,the Party and the state have attached great importance to residents’ participation and issued a series of relevant policies,which effectively promoted residents’ autonomy.The improvement of community participation in the "Village to Residence" community not only requires the support of external policies,but also requires the improvement of community residents’ own cognition,attitude and behavior.Taking the H community as the sample community,the questionnaire research method and the interview method are used to investigate and analyze the participation of the residents’ community.A comprehensive analysis was carried out from the perspectives of participation cognition,participation attitude and participation behavior.It was found that the residents of H community had insufficient awareness of community participation,more active participation attitude,and lower breadth and depth of participation behavior.From the three aspects of conditionality,subjectivity and culture,this paper analyzes the reasons for the low participation of residents in the community.Starting with the problems and needs of residents’ participation in H community,under the regional development model,it is guided by communication theory and governance theory,to increase the participation of residents in the community.This service designed six themes and twelve activities in three aspects:participation cognition,participation attitude and participation behavior.Integrate community resources,stimulate residents’ potential,strengthen community education,promote residents’ exchanges,and coordinate governance themes.By carrying out community services,residents’ awareness of participation has been enhanced,residents’ awareness of participation has been strengthened,residents’ community participation has been increased,and community democratic consultation has been promoted.In addition,adhere to the continuity of service,and maintain follow-up investigations on the residents of H community after the service ends.The regional development model has achieved remarkable results in improving the participation of residents in the "Village to Residence" community.Community education,community resources,cooperation with multiple subjects,and the clear role positioning of social workers have played an important role.At the same time,it is also necessary to reflect on the connection between specific activities,the intervention strategy should rely on the actual situation of the community,and the service process should adhere to the ethics of social workers.
