The Study On Community Micro Fund's Intervention In The Management Of Resettlement Communities

Under the context of the rapid pace of urbanization and increasing numbers of relocation community which also has quite a lot problems,community micro fund,as an innovative pattern,has been intervened in the governance of it.With the development of community micro fund,it not only shows its function in the governance of communities,many problems also emerges,which has obstructed its function.Since community micro fund is a new thing in our country,the systematic studies of it and the governance of relocation community are few.Therefore,this study has important theoretical and practical significance.This study adopts qualitative research method,taking YX community in Nanjing as an example,using documents,interview,observation and questionnaire to collect data.This study first combed the related documents and reports about the relocation and resettlement of community governance,community foundation and community micro fund at home and abroad,then defined the related concepts.Second,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of community micro fund participation in community governance.Meanwhile,taking the YX community as an example,this paper analyzes the organizational structure,operation mode,operation process of community micro fund and the ways and methods to take part in the community governance of relocation and resettlement,and the factors that impede its participation in community governance.Then,according to the related research,combiningthe professional methods,I put forward some suggestions for our communi ty micro fund to better participate in the community governance of relocation and resettlement:attaching importance to the transformation of residents' awareness,strengthening the construc tion of community micro funds,and promoting the structural optimization of community gove rnance.The paper finally drew the conclusion: China's Micro community fund has its rationali ty and necessity.In our country,the resettlement has a good prospect in participating the gove rnance of resettlement community.Nevertheless,the road will not be smooth,it indispensably needs the joint efforts of government,social organizations and community residents.
