Under the background of school physical education reform in the new era,after-school delayed physical education service has become an important way to realize the all-round education of morality,intelligence,physical education,the United States and labor,and to implement the new concept of school physical education work of "church,diligent practice and regular competition".In recent years,with the promotion of "double reduction" and other related policies,the main role played by the government,schools,families and society in after-school delayed sports services has become increasingly prominent.Only by activating the effectiveness among the participants and forming the educational joint force,can we really promote the physical and mental development of students.Therefore,how to realize the complementary advantages between multiple subjects and meet the needs of students’ sports and other practical problems have attracted much attention.In this paper,literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods are used to select 6 primary schools in Jinan City for investigation and analysis.The research finds that the after-school delayed sports service is being carried out orderly in primary schools in Jinan City,basically solving the problem of parents picking up and dropping off.However,it is also faced with constraints such as insufficient subject cognition,unsatisfied student needs,poor information communication,imperfect supervision and management system,and lack of service guarantee,which further affect the play of its education function.Based on the above problems,this paper constructs the after-school sports service multi-subject cooperative education model.The main research results are as follows:First of all,from the guiding ideology,theoretical basis,mode goal,operation principle and other four aspects,the theoretical basis of the after-school sports service multi-subject co-education mode construction is elaborated.Secondly,the basic framework of the model is constructed to clarify the student-centered functions and responsibilities of the government,school,family,society and other subjects,so as to realize the new development situation of after-school sports service promoted by the government,led by the school,participated in the society,supported by the family and chosen by the students.Finally,the paper establishes the operation mechanism of the model,including five secondary mechanisms such as organization mechanism,execution mechanism,feedback mechanism,supervision mechanism and guarantee mechanism,and expounds their composition and mutual relationship,so as to ensure the sustainable development of after-school delayed sports service.On the basis of the theory of model construction,a case study of Shandong Experimental Primary School was carried out.By integrating internal and external resources and cooperating with multiple subjects to participate in after-school delayed sports service,Shandong Experimental Primary School has achieved remarkable operational results by forming a benign organizational mechanism,setting up an efficient execution mechanism,establishing a multi-channel feedback mechanism,constructing an internal and external supervision mechanism,and implementing a guarantee mechanism.Based on this,the paper puts forward the promotion strategy of multi-subject co-education mode:(1)strengthen the publicity and deepen the recognition of participants;(2)Know how to improve the form of service organization and optimize the setting of content;(3)Optimize the management system and broaden communication channels;(4)Improve the introduction mechanism of social forces,improve the service supervision system;(5)Implement a multi-level guarantee mechanism to ensure the continuous development of services.
