In order to explore new methods of teaching reform of physical education,under the condition of the overall reform of national education,more and more sports experts,scholars and workers who are engaged in sports teaching at the grass-roots level are actively exploring and trying new teaching methods and teaching organizational forms.The teaching reform requires that in the teaching organization work,special emphasis should be placed on the teaching idea of taking students as the main body and teachers assisting guidance,combining teaching theory with teaching practice,and combining group teaching with students as the main body,it is found that the dynamic grouping teaching method is an efficient teaching organization.The advantage of dynamic grouping teaching method lies in that it makes use of the difference of students’ level to carry out classroom teaching,arouses the enthusiasm of the whole class,sticks to the teaching principle of teaching students according to their aptitude,and carries out individual teaching in the class system teaching.In the process of group learning,students accomplish the set learning goals,at the same time increase the familiarity between students,cultivate students’ sense of cooperation and competitio n,improve students’ social adaptability,and cultivate healthy psychological state and emotional attitude,to achieve the goal of physical education reform.This research uses the method of literature,questionnaire and experiment,and carries out dynamic grouping teaching experiment in College Physical Education Class.Students from both classes of the Henan Normal University’s 2018 public basketball optional program were randomly selected to participate in a semester long experiment.Experimental Class---Dynamic Grouping,control class---traditional teaching method.Through the dynamic grouping teaching experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The basketball skill of the students is obviously improved in the dynamic grouping teaching method,and the improvement range and quality are higher than that of the control class.The dynamic grouping teaching method is adopted in the public basketball course in colleges and universities,which can obviously improve the students’ shooting and dribbling skills.2.In the teaching of dynamic grouping teaching method,the main body position of students is embodied.The dynamic grouping teaching method can fully arouse the enthusiasm of students participating in sports,the number and frequency of students participating in sports increase obviously,realize the importance of physical training,and set up the idea of lifelong sports.3.Students’ self-confidence and social adaptability have been improved obviously in the dynamic grouping teaching method.The dynamic grouping teaching method is adopted in the public basketball class in colleges and universities,which makes the students more familiar with each other,have a higher degree of communication and integration,and have a sense of achievement and pleasure in the learning experience.The students’ satisfaction degree to the public basketball lesson under the dynamic grouping teaching method has the obvious enhancement.
