| In the current age of rapid digitization,information technology has become an essential component of both people’s personal and professional lives.Within the realm of education,it is extensively employed in designing curricula and implementing teaching methodologies,thereby serving as a crucial instrument in enhancing the quality and efficiency of instruction.The primary school stage is the starting point for students to learn information technology.Students can improve their information literacy and innovation ability through learning information technology.However,traditional information technology education is often based on paper and pen and classrooms,which lacks interest and practicality,"How to effectively utilize educational information tools to engage students and foster their learning motivation?",fully mobilize the interest of primary school students,stimulate and maintain the learning motivation of information technology subjects,"Enhancing students’ information literacy through effective utilization of educational information tools" has emerged as a pressing research issue for a large number of educators.In order to solve this problem,the development of primary school information technology mobile learning platform has become a necessary measure.The mobile learning platform is characterized by its convenience,user-friendliness,and robust interactivity.It can offer novel teaching approaches and platforms for information technology education in primary schools,thereby aiding students in developing a better grasp of information technology concepts and skills.For this reason,This study employs a combination of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,and educational experimentation methods.Under the guidance of UbD and other theories,a primary school information technology mobile learning platform in the form of WeChat applet is constructed.The specific work is as follows:To begin with,this paper outlines the context and significance of the research,followed by an investigation and analysis of the developmental patterns and trends of UbD,mobile learning platforms,and mobile learning platforms in information technology disciplines,using constructivist learning theory.Drawing on mobile learning theory and theories such as situational cognition,this research constructed the design and implementation of a primary school information technology mobile learning platform utilizing the UbD framework as a guiding principle,and the content of the module "algorithms around me" in the new compulsory education information technology curriculum standard was selected.study as an example.Secondly,through the demand investigation,the feasibility analysis and demand analysis of the mobile learning platform are carried out,and the design principles and strategies of the platform are proposed based on the characteristics of UbD theory.Starting from the three stages of "reverse design" and the six dimensions of "understanding first" of UbD,the design ideas of the platform are proposed,the design framework and functional modules of the platform are constructed,and finally the WeChat mini program named "Algorithm Around You" is realized with WeChat developer tools,and the design and development of related learning resources are completed.Finally,this paper will conduct mobile learning platform testing and application research.In order to check whether the functions of the platform are running normally,the author conducted a test of the WeChat applet.After passing the test,it will be released online and tried in the pilot class,and the use effect of the platform will be understood through questionnaires and interviews.At the same time,according to the user’s evaluation and feedback information,select some important functions for optimization and improvement,and update iterations.According to the analysis of the survey data of the questionnaire,the primary school information technology mobile learning platform designed in this study has achieved the expected effect,can provide students with rich learning resources,The platform has exhibited a constructive impact in stimulating and sustaining students’ learning motivation,and the pedagogical implications of this study are noteworthy,and it also enriches the theoretical research of UbD theory in mobile learning and platform system design. |
