In the era of mobile Internet, mobile learning, micro-learning as a new way of learning has attracted more attention for its micro lesson dapper features are evolving more and more attention and popularity. However, the design and content of teaching organizational form micro-course is not very ideal, many simply migrate to the mobile terminal PC-based online courses, and not targeted for instructional design based on mobile terminals and mobile learning features. In addition, in the era of mobile learning, the learner’s knowledge base and individual differences in the level of the more prominent, more and more intense individualized learning needs, if we still use traditional instructional design ideas in micro-lesson instructional design, would be difficult to meet the diverse learning needs of learners, learners easily leading to feel confused in the learning process, and most likely have a negative impact on learner motivation.In this study, combined with "knowledge map" concept and the form of micro-course conducted design and development of mobile learning App, object is achieved by constructing a new mobile learning software to solve the existing problems that meet the individual needs while in micro-course learning. Knowledge Map is an effective k owledge management tool with visualization and navigation functions, this paper attempts to combine the two main functions of knowledge map, introduce knowledge map in the micro-course platform to organize micro-course resources, and visualization knowledge structure of learners. This paper describes the concepts of micro-course and knowledge map, and related theoretical basis for the introduction of knowledge map in the micro-course platform, and then applied the knowledge map thinking to the micro-course resource organizations and micro-course resources learning evaluation, designed and developed a micro-course mobile platform based on the theory of knowledge map, select senior middle school information technology courses’study as research object, designed and producted the relevant micro-course of senior middle school information technology course.By research of instructional theory and the design and development of mobile App, the paper ultimately achieve an individual capable of learner according to the knowledge base and individual learning needs adaptive, dynamic scaling knowledge map mobile learning system, helps to improve learners’ learning efficiency and self-learning initiative, has significant practical application value.
