| In July 2021,Yinchuan,Ningxia,also issued a document on after-school services,requiring the city to fully carry out after-school services from autumn 2021.Since after-school service is an important measure to implement the "double reduction",students and their parents have more expectations for after-school service.Based on the theory of "stakeholders of after-school services",99 teachers and 243 parents of students in A primary school in Yinchuan are selected as the investigation objects.Through a variety of investigation methods,to understand different.At the same time,in the implementation,further explores the optimization strategy of after-school services in A primary school in Yinchuan,so that after-school services can really play a role in promoting the all-round development of students,and provides reference for the overall improvement of after-school services in Yinchuan.The survey shows that the after-school service of A primary school in Yinchuan has been fully implemented,the after-school service time is strictly in accordance with the national requirements,the after-school service content is rich,the coverage of students is wide,and the satisfaction of parents to the after-school service of A primary school is generally high,but there are still some problems in the implementation process:first,there is a deviation between the compulsory and voluntary principle of after-school service;Second,some teachers involved in after-school services in the emotional risk;Third,it is difficult to guarantee teachers’ rights and interests and enthusiasm in after-school service;Fourth,the quality of after-school service needs to be improved;Fifth,the efficiency of after-school service for students is limited;Sixth,the absence of home-school cooperation in after-school services.The reasons for these problems are analyzed,and on this basis,the improvement strategies are put forward:first,from the national level,formulate and improve the implementation rules of after-school service,establish and improve the after-school service fund guarantee mechanism,establish and improve the after-school service quality evaluation mechanism;Second,at the school level,establish and improve the after-school service process management mechanism,strengthen the construction of after-school service teachers,after-school service curriculum security should take into account grade differences and individual differences;Third,at the teacher level,teachers should update the education concept,improve the education consciousness,improve their own professional Level and evaluation ability;Fourth,parents should set up scientific education concept,grow up with their children,actively participate in after-school services,and vigorously support after-school services.The fifth is the level of students,correct understanding of the "double minus",reasonable planning of after-school service time,correct learning attitude,enhance the subject consciousness. |
