| After the enactment of the "double reduction" strategy,how to reduce the burden of students has become a public attention.At this time,after-school sports services have demonstrated their value.Since the after-school service has been reflected in the public eye,it has solved the pressure of picking up and transporting children for parents.In the after-school service of students,parents have focused on the tutoring work for students.Most students participate in after-school service.They are doing homework and reading independently,which does not reduce the burden on students,but increases the learning pressure of students.Carrying out after-school sports services is an important form of reducing the burden on students.In after-school sports services,students choose and participate in sports they like.Their physical fitness can be developed to a certain extent,and their sports skills can also be improved.At the same time,they can enjoy the happiness brought by sports and grow up healthily in after-school sports services.This article used literature,survey,case study and analysis methods to study the present condition of after-school PE service development in Qin yuan County experimental grade schools.The leaders,front-line physical education teachers,relevant leaders,students and parents of Qinyuan Experimental Primary School are the subjects of investigation.To identify the plight influencing the carrying out of after-school PE service in Qin yuan Xian laboratory grade schools,the issues of carrying out after-school PE service in grade schools,and to offer an idea of a worthy refereed plan and suggestion for carrying out after-school PE service in grade schools.Qinyuan County Experimental Primary School has the following problems in carrying out after-school sports services in primary schools :(1)The working mechanism of after-school sports services is not perfect,and the guarantee and supervision mechanism of funds has not been effectively improved,which affects the effective development of after-school sports services;(2)There is a shortage of teachers in after-school sports services.The most sources of participation in after-school sports services are teachers in the school.Most of the teachers are undergraduate and junior college degrees.There is a clear shortage of teachers.Most projects cannot be carried out due to the lack of teachers.(3)After-school sports service venues and equipment facilities are limited,the school ’s existing sports venues are few,the venues and equipment facilities are relatively old,and the number of people participating in after-school sports services is gradually increasing,which can no longer meet the needs of students;(4)After-school sports service publicity is not enough,the school ’s propaganda form of after-school sports service is single,using a simple way to promote,lack of innovation,can not attract the attention of parents and students,the attraction of students is small;(5)There are security risks in after-school sports service activities,which has become a factor that some parents do not support and do not allow their children to participate in after-school sports services.(6)After-school sports service projects are not comprehensive,carry out fewer projects,can not meet the needs of students,single organizational form,lack of innovation,the attraction of students is small.The pilot elementary school in Qin yuan Xian provides after-school sports service with the below problems:(1)the guarantee and control system of after-school PE service has not been fully developed,which affects the effectively carry out of after-school PE service;(2)the teachers of after-school PE service are not qualified,and the teachers who are involved in after-school PE service are mainly teachers of our school,most of them have Bachelor’s or college degrees,so the teachers are not strong enough.There is an evident deficit situation,and most projects cannot be launched due to the lack of teachers.(3)Rational use of school venues and equipment,combined with social sports venues resources,fully and effectively combine the campus and off-campus venues resources;(4)Increase publicity efforts,create diversified publicity methods,and adopt a combination of online and offline methods;(5)To formulate and refine appropriate measures to ensure the prevention of safety risks;(6)Enrich after-school sports service projects to meet the diverse needs of students for after-school sports services. |
