Abstract/Summary:
Objective: Flywheel centrifugal training has been Proved to have a good effect on the develo Pment of lower limb ex Plosive force,but there are few studies on the Promotion of lower limb ex Plosive force by flywheel centrifugal training with different inertia.This Pa Per com Pares the effects of different inertial centrifugal training and fixed load centri Petal training on the develo Pment of lower limb strength.The i EMG values of the main muscle grou Ps of lower limbs(bice Ps femoris,medialis femoris,lateralis femoris,rectus femoris,tibialis anterior,gastnemius),30 m,100m,standing long jum P and half squat jum P were collected before and after the 8-week intervention to com Pare the intervention effects of different inertia flywheel centrifugal training and fixed load centering training.The influence of different ways of develo Ping lower limb strength and different training methods on the develo Pment of lower limb strength was analyzed to enrich the means of training lower limb ex Plosive Power and Provide data and ex Perimental reference for the develo Pment of lower limb ex Plosive Power means.Research methods: This study mainly ado Pts the methods of literature,ex Periment and mathematical statistics.Eighteen male s Printers(Level 2 or above)from Ca Pital Institute of Physical Education were recruited as ex Perimental subjects,and the 18 subjects were randomly divided into three grou Ps: flywheel height inertial se Paration training grou P N=6(age: 21.99±2.68 years old,height: 179.40±3.57 cm,weight: 71.55±8.38 kg,training years:5.03±1.62 years),flywheel low inertia centrifugal training grou P N=6(age: 23.02±2.37 years,height: 181.09±5.72 cm,weight: 76.47±9.17 kg,training years: 4.16±1.20 years),fixed load centri Petal training grou P N=6(age: 21.7±1.06 years old,height 180.2±3.25 cm,weight74.8±4.19 kg,training years: 4.21±1.07 years).Subjects in the three grou Ps were trained for 8weeks.Subjects in the fixed load cardio training grou P were trained with 70%1RM weight.The moment of inertia of the flywheel high inertial se Paration training grou P was 0.025kg·㎡,0.035kg·㎡ counterweight Plate,the moment of inertia of the flywheel low inertial se Paration training grou P was 0.05 kg·㎡,0.075kg·㎡ counterweight Plate,7 times of half squat ×4 sets of re Peats,the interval between the grou Ps 2-3 minutes.The i EMG values of the main generating muscles of lower limbs(bice Ps femoris,medialis femoris,lateralis femoris,rectus femoris,tibialis anterior and gastnemius)and the Performance data of 30 m,100m,standing long jum P and half squat jum P were collected before,during and after the ex Periment.All the data in this ex Periment were ex Pressed as Mean ± standard deviation(Mean SD).SPSS23.0software was used for statistical analysis of the data,and single factor analysis was used for intra group and inter group measurements.Research results:1.After flywheel high inertia centrifugal training intervention,i EMG values of bice Ps femoris,vastus medialis,vastus lateralis,rectus femoris,tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius were significantly different from those before the ex Periment(P < 0.01).After the intervention of flywheel high inertial centrifugal training,the results of 30 meters and 100 meters were significantly different from those before the ex Periment(P < 0.01),while the standing long jum P and half squat jum P were significantly different from those before the ex Periment(P < 0.05).2.After flywheel low inertia centrifugal training intervention,i EMG values of bice Ps femoris,medialis,rectus femoris and gastrocnemius were significantly different from those before the ex Periment(P < 0.01),while i EMG values of lateralis femoris and tibialis anterior were significantly different from those before the ex Periment(P < 0.05).After the intervention of flywheel low inertia centrifugal training,there were significant differences in30 m,100 m and half squat jum Ps com Pared with before the ex Periment(P < 0.05),but no significant differences in standing long jum P com Pared with before the ex Periment(P > 0.05).3.The i EMG values of bice Ps femoris and gastrocnemius were significantly different after the intervention of fixed load orientation training com Pared with those before the ex Periment(P < 0.01);The i EMG values of femoris rectus and tibialis anterior were significantly different from those before the ex Periment(P < 0.05).The i EMG values of vastus medialis and vastus lateralis had no significant difference com Pared with those before the ex Periment(P > 0.05).After flywheel low inertia centrifugal training intervention,there were significant differences in half squat jum P com Pared with before the ex Periment(P <0.01),while there were no significant differences in 30 m,100m and standing long jum P com Pared with before the ex Periment(P > 0.05).4.Com Parison of i EMG values between flywheel high inertia centrifugal training,flywheel low inertia centrifugal training and fixed load centered training of bice Ps femoris medialis,lateralis femoris,rectus femoris,and gastrocnemius showed that bice Ps femoris,medialis femoris,rectus femoris and gastrocnemius had significant differences(P < 0.01).There were significant differences between lateral femoris and gastrocnemius(P < 0.05).After flywheel low inertia centrifugal training intervention,there were significant differences in 30 meters and half squat jum P(P < 0.01),there were significant differences in 100 meters(P < 0.05),and no significant differences in standing long jum P(P > 0.05).Conclusions: 1.The training effect of flywheel centrifugal training on 30 meters,100 meters,standing long jum P and half squat jum P of male s Printers is better than that of fixed load centri Petal training grou P.2.Flywheel high inertia centrifugal training has the best effect on male s Printers in 30 m,100m,standing long jum P and half squat jum P.3.The effect of flywheel centrifugal training on i EMG of bice Ps femoris,rectus femoris and tibialis anterior is better than that of fixed load centering training.The Performance of high inertia centrifugal training is the best.4.Flywheel centrifugal training has good training effect on the develo Pment of lower limb ex Plosive Power.Coaches can take flywheel centrifugal training as an effective method to develo P lower limb ex Plosive Power.
