Based on the usual means for legs' power development of athletes, thecentrifugal methods are adopted in this experiment,cooperate the centripetal and centrifugal training,and through experiment to check the effect of the comprehensive methods for promote legs power in order to make a good foundation for future study.30 students of physical teaching department,grade 2005 were chosen in this experiment,and divided into two groups:the experiment group and the contrast.It lasted 8 weeks.Of the two,the experiment group adopted the centripetal and centrifugal training methods,whereas the contrast only adopted the centripetal training.The target of the experiment group is better than the contrast' s illustrated by the experiment results.Concrete conclusion as follow:First,the training results certified that the power targets of both groups enhanced remarkably.Comparing with the experiment before, jumping time and soaring time of the groups illustrated notable difference.But with further analysis,we can see that before the experiment,the targets exited met big difference;after theexperiment, they demonstrated remarkable difference.The experiment group get a better training effect,Second,Analysis of the stage from the begining to the highest power point of accomplishing the half sqat jump illustrated that the experiment group is better.And so enhance work efficiency of nerve and muscle.The comprehensive training can get more remarkable improvement for the athlete' s power than only the centripetal method,and so it attain a better training effect.Third,the quality targets of experiment illustratedthat both groups targets improved remarkably,and from further analysis,there is notable difference between the two groups,the experiment group is better.And it is to certify that the comprehensive method can improve athletes power of legs effectively.The centripetal and the centrifugal methods have no advantage for improving the standing long jump. |
