Experimental Study On Effect Of Centrifugal Training On Children’s Lower Limb Jump Ability

Objective: Childhood is a sensitive period for the natural growth of jumping strength,and this period of appropriate strength training can achieve a good training effect.This research is mainly designed to provide theoretical and practical basis for the training methods of children ’s lower limb bounce ability,explore the influence of centrifugal training on the lower limb bounce ability,and provide reference for promoting the training of children’ s jumping ability.Research object and method: This paper used literature data method,expert interview method,experiment method,testing method,mathematical statistics method,and studied twenty eight 12-year-old boys.The results were as follows:(1)The experimental group achieved 1.73±0.20 m before the experimental vertical long jump,and 1.87±0.20 m after 8 weeks of training,which increased by0.14 m,by 8.09% and P=0.028 <0.03.Vertical long jump were 1.69±0.11 m and1.78±0.11 m,increasing 0.09 m,by 0.32% and P=0.045 <0.05.There was no significant difference in the experimental vertical long jump of the experimental group and the control group,and both groups showed in the vertical long jump,but the increase of the centrifugal training group was greater than that of the traditional training group.(2)The experimental group achieved high 1.93±0.17 m before experiment,2.04±0.16 m after 8 weeks of training,increased 0.11 m,by 5.87% and P=0.084> 0.05.1.92±0.16 m and 2.00±0.17 m,a 0.08 m,increase of 4.11% and P=0.231> 0.05.There was no significant difference in the experiment group and the control groups,and the achievement improvement range of the centrifugal training group was higher than that of the traditional training group.(3)In comparison and analysis,the variation of the joint angle found that the Angle of the ankle joint increased by 6.2 degrees when the experimental group jumped away from the ground,the Angle of the knee joint was reduced by 10 degrees,and the hip angle was increased by 0.9 degrees.The control group increased ankle angle by 1.8 degrees,knee angle by 7 degrees,and hip angle by 0.7 degrees.The experimental group increased the ankle Angle by 6.5 degrees,knee angle by 17 degrees and hip angle by 4 degrees.The control group increased the ankle angle by4.7 degrees,the knee by 4 degrees and the angle of the hip by 2 degrees.The change of the angular range before and after the joint experiment of the lower limb bounce ability was analyzed.The order of the joint Angle change of the knee joint is the largest,the ankle joint is second,the hip joint is the smallest,and the joint angle also changes in the whole movement.The research conclusion is as follows:(1)Centrifugal training and traditional training can effectively promote the improvement of children ’s jumping ability.Compared with the centrifugal training group,children’ s standing long jump and standing longitudinal jump high results are higher than the traditional training group.(2)After 8 weeks of centrifugal training,the movement amplitude of hip,knee and ankle changed more obviously in the centrifugal training group than in the control group.(3)After 8 weeks of centrifugal training,phased centrifugal training has increased the elastic potential energy reserve and the change range and speed of joint Angle during rapid muscle elongation,which is the main reason why the promotion effect of centrifugal training in the vertical long jump and in situ vertical jump is more obvious than that of traditional training.
