Experimental Study On Lower Limb Strength Of Sanda Athletes By Flywheel Resistance Centrifugal Training

As a new strength training method of lower limb in recent years,flywheel resistance centrifugal training is more consistent with sanda technique and actual combat in terms of centrifugal stage and adaptive resistance.By studying the effect of flywheel resistance centrifugal training on the lower limb strength of sanda athletes,a new training method and method are developed for sanda sports in physical training.Raise Beijing quadrangles Beijing sanda team of sports school 16 men sanda athletes,fly randomly divided into group and traditional group,each group of eight athletes,the traditional group 80%1 rm barbell squat training,traditional flycoheel use flywheel centrifugal trainer K-Box resistance training,choose four different rotational inertia weight round(0.01 kg/m~2 and 0.025 kg,m~2 and 0.05 kg,m~2 and 0.07 kg,m~2),which ensures that all athletes in the process of experiment can complete high strength lower limb strength training.Fly by comparing before and after 12 weeks of training group and traditional group in lower limb about ham and crus muscle circumference of 30 m sprint,standing long jump,1 rm,squat,knee isokinetic muscle strength index,further analysis of the fly wheel and the traditional group of athletes lower limb muscle circumference,explosive force,fast strength,maximum strength and explosive endurance,body function changes.Results:1)after 12 weeks of training,there was no significant difference in height and weight between the flywheel group and the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05).2)after 12 weeks of training,the left and right thigh circumference of the flywheel group significantly increased(P<0.05),and the left leg circumference significantly changed(P<0.05).In the traditional group,the left and right thigh muscle circumference increased,with significant changes on the right side of the thigh(P<0.05).In the traditional group,the left leg circumference decreased and the right leg circumference increased,but there was no significant change(P>0.05).3)both the flywheel group and the traditional group improved to a certain extent after the experiment and before the experiment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4)after 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the performance of the flywheel group and the traditional grou0p on the 30-meter sprint test improved,but the performance of the flywheel group was more prominent than that of the traditional group on the 30-meter sprint performance and the rate of change after the experiment,and there was a difference between the flywheel group and the traditional group on the 30-meter sprint performance after the experiment(P<0.05).5)the maximum strength of the lower limb(1RM)in both the flywheel group and the traditional group increased to a certain extent after the 12-week experimental intervention,but there was a statistically significant difference between the groups after the experiment and before the experiment(P<0.05).6)the peak flexion moment of left and right knee in flywheel group significantly increased after training(P<0.05),while the peak flexion moment of left and right knee showed an increasing trend.In the traditional group,the flexion and extension peak torque of the left and right knee increased,but there was no significant change(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)after 12 weeks of experimental studies,it can be concluded that the training effect of flywheel anti-resistance centrifugal training is more obvious in improving the muscle circumference of lower limbs than that of traditional strength training.In the knee joint isokinetic test,the knee joint flexion and extension in the flywheel group had obvious improvement in explosive endurance.(2)there was no significant difference between the flywheel group and the traditional group in the comparison of rapid strength,maximum strength and explosive force index test results,but in the rate of change,the flywheel group was superior to the traditional lower limb training method in improving the physical function quality of rapid strength,maximum strength and explosive force.(3)flywheel resistance centrifugal training can provide dynamic resistance,especially during the centrifugation stage,which can provide greater stimulation to the muscles.Therefore,it is better than the traditional barbell squat training in improving the lower limb strength of sanda athletes,which can be used in the daily physical training of sanda athletes.
