Since entering the new era,the Party and the state have put forward higher requirements for the teaching quality and education effect of junior high school ethics and rule of law courses.Junior high school ethics and the rule of law is an important part of the ideological and political education system,and plays an important role in cultivating the core quality of middle school students.The key to running ideological and political courses well is to give full play to the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of teachers.Therefore,junior high school ideological and political teachers should constantly reform the traditional curriculum teaching,continue to highlight the value of the curriculum,and enhance their ability to educate people.The activity-based subject curriculum is a fruitful form of course.The effective implementation of the activity-based subject curriculum of junior high school ethics and rule of law requires that the activity situation must originate from life,activity topics should follow subject logic,activities should be based on subject knowledge,and teaching evaluation should play a guiding role,so as to highlight the educational effect of ideological and political courses and promote the all-round development of middle school students.In teaching practice,we must first fully grasp the connotation and characteristics of the activity-based subject curriculum,and clarify the implementation significance of the activity-based subject curriculum in junior high school ethics and rule of law courses.On this basis,combined with the internship experience of Beijing education,the problems existing in the teaching practice of active subject courses in junior high school ethics and rule of law courses are summarized,such as rough activity design,improper curriculum teaching planning,activity effect deviation from teaching goals,and incomplete teaching evaluation,etc.In view of the above problems,it can be optimized and improved from four aspects.The first is to correct the cognition of teachers and students,the second is to reasonably design activity-based subject curriculum,the third is to improve classroom teaching links,and the fourth is to reform and improve the curriculum evaluation mechanism.
