On October 16,2022,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that" We will build a modern socialist country on the rule of law."This also means that the rule of law education work is increasingly important,especially the rule of law education work of young people,which is also closely related to the process of comprehensive rule of law."Standards for Ordinary High School Ideological and Political Curriculum"(revised in 2017 and 2020)points out that the ideological and political curriculum in high schools strives to build an activity-based curriculum that is closely related to discipline logic and practical logic,theoretical knowledge and life.The combination of subject content teaching and social practice is a remarkable characteristic of activity-based subject curriculum.Only the compulsory third "Politics and the Rule of Law" is the only module that systematically expounds the content of the rule of law education.Therefore,this paper takes the textbook as the research blueprint to explore the construction of senior high school legal education activities classroom has important research significance."Politics and the Rule of Law" is the only one of the compulsory textbooks of high scho of ideological and political courses that systematically discusses the socialist rule of law edu cation with Chinese characteristics.By discussing the whole compiling framework of the tex tbook Politics and the Rule of Law,this paper provides textbook support for the construction of the rule of law activity class.It is of great significance to guide students to highly identify with the thinking of the rule of law,respect and practice the belief of the rule of law,realize t he curriculum goals of high school ideological and political subjects,and build China under t he rule of law.Through questionnaire and interview,the research on the status quo of rule of law activ e classroom in Politics and Rule of Law in senior high school found that the construction of r ule of law active classroom has achieved some results:students have a certain awareness of r ule of law,and teachers have a preliminary understanding of rule of law active curriculum.H owever,it also exposes the problems such as the single type of rule of law activity class,the l ack of guidance of rule of law consciousness in activity design,the lack of practical applicati on of rule of law theory in the whole process of implementation,and the lack of scientific ev aluation system of rule of law activity class.The main reasons lie in the traditional monotono us the lack of teachers’legal literacy,and the restriction of the legal activity class eval uation system.In view of the current problems and causes,the main strategies for constructing the rule law classroom in Politics and the Rule of Law in high school include:law activity classroom.Based on the content of rule of law education in "Politics and Jurisprudence",this paper co nstructs a rule of law activity class to cultivate students’consciousness and concept of rule of law,so as to better promote the construction process of rule of law in China.
