The moral and rule of law course is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of moral education in junior middle school.With the continuous development of curriculum reform,the renewal of educational concepts and improvement of teaching methods have become a widespread concern of moral and legal teachers in junior middle schools.This paper combines theory with practice,starts with activity teaching,and mainly solves the problem of how to apply activity teaching in morality and rule of law in junior middle school.Combined with the practical teaching experience and the existing theoretical results,the following issues are discussed and studied in depth:The first part is introduction.This paper expounds the research background and significance of the paper,analyzes the research situation of activity teaching at home and abroad,and introduces the research characteristics and methods of the paper.The second part is an overview of activity teaching related theories.Based on the theory of constructivism,tao Xingzhi’s theory of the integration of knowledge and action,and the Marxist theory of all-round development of human,this paper defines the "activity" activity teaching and the activity teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school under the teaching context,and analyzes the promoting role of activity teaching.The third part is about the application of activity teaching.Through interviews with students and teachers,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of activity teaching in morality and rule of law in junior middle school.And analyzed and combed the cause of the problem.The fourth part is about the application countermeasure of activity teaching.Through interview and classroom observation,it is suggested that we should pay attention to the cultivation of teachers’ activity teaching accomplishment and ability,and adhere to the principle of orientation,subjectivity and interaction in teaching.In combination with the teaching practice,this paper introduces the implementation steps of activity teaching from the three stages of preparation before class,implementation in class and summary after class,so as to provide reference for teachers’ teaching practice.The fifth part is the practical application case of activity teaching in the middle school moral and rule of law class.Taking the lesson of "Continuation of cultural blood" as an example,it helps teachers to truly understand activity teaching by displaying teaching design and teaching reflection after class.
