During the "14th five year plan" period,China has entered a moderately aging society,and the pension demand of Chinese society is also increasing day by day.As the main service provider of pension demand,nurses have become an indispensable part of the pension industry chain.The work quality level of elderly nurses directly affects the quality of life and happiness index of the elderly with care needs.However,elderly care nurses encounter many difficulties in individual and environment.Their special service objects and nature of work make nurses bear more professional pressure than other occupations,and even begin to produce job burnout.The difference of working environment between private and public nursing homes also makes the job burnout rate of nurses in private nursing homes rise further.From a practical point of view,this study uses the group work practice method of social work specialty,under the guidance of relevant theories,chooses to intervene with supporting groups,combined with group practice skills and previous practice research experience,so as to achieve the group goal of alleviating the professional fatigue of nurses in private nursing homes.Firstly,through participatory observation,a questionnaire was distributed to 38 elderly care nurses in Y elderly care center.Secondly,combined with unstructured interview,scale measurement and observation,we further understand the degree of job burnout of elderly care nurses in the care center and evaluate the overall job burnout.Finally,six team members were selected to establish a support group,trying to help members reconstruct the social support system,release work pressure,enhance their professional skills and professional identity,alleviate their job burnout,update the field of social work intervention,and expand the research topics of social work specialty.Through orderly and innovative group activities,this paper shows the effect of social work professional theory on elderly care nurses to get rid of job burnout,hoping to provide some reference value for future social work practice researchers. |
