With the development of social economy,the pressure of competition among various industries is increasing,which makes many on-the-job employees prone to burnout,and the burnout rate of the grass-roots service industry is still high,causing widespread concern of the society.The environment of nursing home is relatively special,the elderly are mostly old,unable to take care of their own life,the long-term depressed working environment,emotional pressure can not be relieved,and the prejudice of the public makes the nursing group have different degrees of job burnout.Job burnout is mainly manifested in negative emotions,interpersonal alienation and denial of self-worth,which will produce physical and mental problems if it is not solved for a long time Great harm.The care workers of the old-age institutions are the core of the old-age homes,and also an important force to promote the development of the old-age service industry.If the problem of job burnout is not solved in time,it will cause great hidden dangers in the old-age industry and intensify social contradictions.Now there are "care workers shortage" problems in the old-age homes,and even abuse the old,which will greatly reduce the life happiness of the old people in the old-age homes Happiness will also fundamentally impact the development of silver hair industry.The problem of job burnout of nursing workers needs the attention of the society and the support of the society.Only by solving the problem of job burnout,can we promote the social stability and harmonious development,and make the elderly care needs to be met.Based on the field survey,78 nursing workers from Q nursing home were given a questionnaire,and the reasons for the problem were further understood through interviews and observation methods.Through the analysis of the data of the scale,the people with mild,moderate and severe job burnout were screened out,and the overall job burnout of nursing workers in the nursing home was evaluated.Under the guidance of social support theory,this paper uses group work method,through the activity form of caregiver support group,through the design of expert lectures and activities,to build a social support network for the nursing workers,relieve the emotional stress of the nursing workers,and promote the promotion of self-worth,so as to more effectively alleviate the problem of job burnout of the nursing workers,so as to enhance the cohesion of the nursing workers in the hospital Power.The happiness of the elderly is related to the level of national happiness and civilization.Only by exploring the essence of the problem and taking active actions of all parties,can the pension industry realize a sound operation and promote social stability and harmony.
