With the problem of current society is becoming more and more serious,the country has paid more attention to the pension industry,and we're increasingly demanding for old-age care.The people who works for old-age care face the difficulties of long working time,heavy task,low wages,low social status,lack of social security dilemma,which leads to job burnout frequent occurrence,so that the quality of life of the elderly decline.The government,society and institutions should pay attention to the nursing staff groups,effective intervention for the job burnout,improve social security,industry standards and institutional system to attract and retain talent,improve the overall level of pension service.As a field of easing social conflicts,solving social problems,social work should play their professional advantages in the relief of job burnout,to promote the healthy development of the pension industry in our country.This study is based on the perspective of social work,we develop a investigation on the job burnout of Old-age care worker of B pension institution in Kunming.Through participant in observation and questionnaire survey,learn their living status and occupation characteristics of B pension institutions in the Old-age care worker group,investigate the situation of job burnout and affected factors.Based on this,according to the two Old-age care worker whose job is remarkable burnout and high service required,the two represent new and senior employees,respectively.we evaluate their job burnout.Analysis of the specific reasons for the clients' job burnout and service demands and have of their own and external resources in the environment based on the understanding of the case to make working plan,carry out case service record case process,evaluation results after the end of the case.On the basis of the intervension of social work in the improvement of occupational burnout of the Old-age care worker mentioned above,we discuss the possible ways and means of improving the job burnout of Old-age care worker,in order to reduce the job burnout of Old-age care worker and improve their enthusiasm for elderly care work and promote the cohesionand professional honor in ?Old-age care worker sense so they can realize their own value and get more guaranteed care services.
