With the intensification of the aging of the population,the society's demand for elderly care institutions and elderly care workers is increasing,and elderly care workers are an important guarantee for the service quality of elderly care institutions.However,the nursing staff work for a long time and the workload is large,and they often experience physical and mental exhaustion.Many nursing staff have the problem of job burnout.Therefore,this study takes the job burnout problem of nursing staff in WX nursing institutions as the research object,and adopts a qualitative research method.Methods: Collect primary data through participatory observation method,questionnaire method and semi-structured interview method.After analysis,it is concluded that the job burnout problem of nursing staff in nursing homes is mainly characterized by high work pressure,overwhelmed body and mind;lack of professional identity,negative emotions gradually.There are three aspects: decreased sense of work achievement and increased willingness to leave.The main factors affecting the job burnout of nursing staff are the misunderstanding of the nursing profession at the individual level,the unreasonable work system at the organizational level,and the low recognition of the nursing profession at the social level.In this study,8 nurses who cared for the disabled elderly in WX old-age care institutions were selected as the service objects of social workers,using cognitive behavior theory and social support theory as guidance,and adopting the method of group work to carry out mutual support group activities.The goal of the group is to release work pressure,relieve negative work emotions,correctly and objectively understand oneself,accept oneself,understand occupation,and learn professional nursing knowledge.Improve nursing staff burnout.
