In recent years, job burnout as an increasingly prominent occupational disease in the field of modern professional, causing widespread concern in society. China has gradually entered the high incidence of job burnout period. Job burnout is widespread in various career fields of society, especially in service industry. Professional child care workers provide services to children, and they are very important to the welfare of children. However, due to the heavy workload, low social status, low pay, emotions consume a lot and other reasons, more and more professional child care workers suffer from job burnout. A review of research on job burnout is not only beneficial to professional child care worker team-building, but also conducive to the development and stability of our children’s welfare.Through questionnaire survey, depth interview and observation, this article attempts to apply social work methods to research the expression of job burnout, and discusses the influence factors for job burnout. On this basis, this article analyzes the model of group work for intervention strategies of job burnout, and puts forward personal experience and views. The research seeks to analyze professional child care workers’ burnout phenomenon from the professional social work perspective, and provides innovative ideas and experience for eliminating burnout. At the same time, this article tries to broaden the space of the development of social work in social welfare institutions. |
